Always great service. The young ladies are always lovely, and the ice flavors are amazing. I LOVE them sugar-free dragon fruit, unicorn flavor (which they haven’t had lately), strawberry, cotton candy, and island fusion, to name a quick few. The one thing about Rita’s is that it is expensive. $8 for a small five layer gelato. I spend so much money here that I need to claim them on my taxes . Go! Enjoy!!

Good ice cream, but they stand over youbto see if youre going to tip them. Tipping is for waiters / waitresses and pizza delivery people. Not someone pouting me an ice cream and handing it to me. Otherwise, I can pouring myself. This is ridiculous.

One day I went to one of the restaurants next to Rita’s to pick up food and I was amazed that Rita’s had no line because they usually do and so when I went over there and went to the window the lady opened up the window and was so nice and made my chocolate milkshake that I’ve been getting from Rita’s for years. When I told her that I had to come because there was no line and I’m amazed because there’s usually a long line she explained to me that they weren’t even open yet and so basically she still made my shake and took my order even though they weren’t even open. Now that’s customer service!! They should have more hours (like 24 hours) available is the only downside b/c when you crave Rita’s other ice cream won’t substitute. Their milkshake straws are also amazing… (super wide, durable, and pink.. I actually want to order a box for when I make smoothies at home). The manager (I think Beth is her name) also told me to not be deterred by the line because the line does move fast when they are busy. Highly recommend!!

Frozen custard always hits the spot in the summer. I go for the swirl with some hot fudge. The manager here is always pleasant! Much appreciated.

The person who worked there took our order, wrote it down, and repeated it back. We then were given the wrong order and didn’t notice until after we left (we ordered twist and received vanilla). The amount given was also way less than the pictures on the front of the building. $15 is way too much to pay for the wrong item & less custard than expected.
