Inconsistent quality, preparation and high prices for small portions more often than not!
Rita’s is all over the place with the issues I have named. This is very disappointing considering the first couple of weeks I tried them, things were excellent!
This restaurant is just like most in Kerrville, a guarantee of being Inconsistent in every way possible, including customer service, taste and portions depending upon who is working.
I have given up on this place, just like so many others that aren’t worth the gamble of with you may get!

if i could out zero stars i would. im not one to complain, but this was my first time at rita’s and i am horribly disappointed. I waited 45 minutes just to find out they didnt even have my ticket up to prepare my tacos. the lady had to take my receipt in order to complete my order. they also served at least 6 costumers who came in after me. i will not be coming back. im extremely disappointed.

I ordered the Tommy Boy breakfast taco with brisket, bacon, eggs and cheese. The flavor was amazing! The tortillas were homemade and my tacos were fresh and hot. Literally the best breakfast taco I’ve ever had! So good! This is our new breakfast spot when we are visiting Kerrville!

This will be our go to for breakfast when we come to Kerrville! The Tommy Boy tacos with brisket and bacon was great. We also had the Hill Boy and the BBB Taco, all amazingly good. Fresh tortillas make the tacos even better. Give them a try when you’re looking for great breakfast tacos!

9 out of 10 visits here my order is wrong. But when they fix it, it’s delicious. But I have to do 3 stars due to how commonly they screw up my order…. Literally 9 out of my last 10 visits the order is wrong.

I have lived in Kerrville for 20 years and I love this place. It is perfect. Order corn tortillas. Bean and egg combo is always a winner. Their bacon is the best. (I usually get the Mexican Rita.)

I was recommended this place by a friend when we went on a weekend trip. It did not disappoint! Even though there are other restaurants that we wanted to try and we came back on our second day because it was all good. The staff was friendly and helpful and tables are clean. they offer a large selection of all kinds of breakfast tacos. The tortillas are hand-rolled you can see an old lady in the back rolling them with a rolling pin. If your in the area, it’s worth a stop!

Disappointing experience.
Order was picked up 30 minutes before closing. My tacos sat getting cold while the worker was oblivious to everything except their closing tasks. Served a guy that came in after me before me.
Food: I don’t understand. Ordered a Ty with no beans; I got a Ty with no beans with a bunch of huge crunchy red & green bell peppers… No, bell peppers are not supposed to be in this taco. My other taco: Chop Shop had a whole bunch of jalapenos! No, jalapenos are not supposed to be in this taco. They were chopped nicely and the name is “chop shop,” maybe the cook has a different recipe than what’s on the menu.
If you have food sensitivities or restrictions, you may want to verify the contents of your taco when you order.
Hubby says the brisket was flavorless, but the fajitas were really good.
Mine were tasty, but they just weren’t what I ordered.
