I come to this dunkin at Hamilton Middletown rd every day and I love this location and their staff! All of the staff are so friendly and professional. I had one issue where the app auto picked 4 donuts but I told them at the window and they fixed it right there. I never have to wait or pull around like the dunkin in Middletown. My coffee is always perfect, the food is always hot and fresh. I have nothing but praise for this location! They all do a wonderful job!

I get an iced caramel macchiato at this location at least three times a week and the staff is very friendly. They know who I am and my order. I even get a bag of donuts handed to me occasionally just because. Highly recommend them

Came through the drive through at 3pm 3/6 and ordered a medium cloud latte and a large PERFECT MATCHA, light ice with vanilla syrup added. After i left the drive through i realized the matcha did not have the cold foam nor the vanilla. I came through the second time and said “ i had ordered the perfect matcha with cold foam and vanilla”. They told me to proceed to the window so as i did so they brought me the remake that again did not have the cold foam on top. the lady at the window said it doesn’t come with cold foam when i stated the picture literally shows it. i’ve had issues with this girl before shes very rude and today made it known. After i drove off the drink was filled with ice to the brim u can barely move the straw around and there is no vanilla syrup. This is the only dunkin i ever have issues with and i get this drink on a regular so i know when its right and when its wrong. Something needs to change here!

There are two Dunkins equal distances from my house, but man talk about the differences between the two. Anybody that’s been to the one on Princeton versus this one knows there’s a big difference.
But, I went to this one this morning. I’m only going to talk about one thing, which is the thing that turned me off to never going to this location ever again.
When I went to pay I handed the guy cash. With my change in his right hand. He took his left hand And grabbed them turned the tip jar around and slid it over so I could see it and then he paused And then looked at me before extending his hand with my change. Nah baby nah…. Since he decided to do this, I decided not to leave a tip. For the rest of the interaction, he refused to talk to me.
Yeah, just don’t go to this location, go to the one at the corner of Princeton and 747. Everyone there is always nice and the drinks are always correct…..

I’ve been visiting this location since moving nearby in June of this year. I mostly order through the app and have never had an issue. They are the nicest greeters at the ordering screen as well as the pick-up window!

I prefer this location than the new one they built in Liberty Township, usually I have a good experience with my orders here but they aren’t always consistent. They 50/50 mess up my orders. So it’s a toss up if they actually make my drinks correctly, also they are really bad about actually using a milk alternative when you order it, but still charge you. I have a severe intolerance to dairy, so it really is important they use the milk alternative I order but when they don’t I end up with the consequences. Please listen better and actually make the drinks as ordered.
