I normally never leave reviews but this dunkin needs to get their stuff together. Every time I come to this dunkin my drink is NEVER right. It’s not here and there it’s EVERY SINGLE TIME. Then I go in today of course one of there registers are down as something is always down, the girl in there was really rude to both of us as we told her we were able to go through the drive through with a 16ft trailer. I think you guys need to clean your espresso machine more because your coffee always tastes burnt. I worked at dunkin so I know how stuff supposed to be made. This dunkin is just awful so I highly recommend to NEVER GO HERE!!!

Charged me the wrong price, and when I told them about it, they refused to fix it. The lady who took my order said it was the computers fault and told me to have a good day. Terrible customer service. I won’t be back to this location again, and it’s right by my house..

An employe was extremely rude. The hot coffee was cold and the iced coffee was watery after waiting 20 minutes. The Almond milk was bad or something didn’t taste right in two coffees. My wife and daughter could not drink the two coffees with almond milk, they had to the pour it out. The D and D app gave a choice to pick up inside or drive thru. I picked inside. Once inside the employee stated drive thru only and turned his back on me as I was speaking. I tried explaining we paid and selected inside pick-up. Rude employees, bad coffee and cold sandwiches.

We waited in line for 22 mins for them to tell us that their ovens were down and we could not order a bagel. A non toasted bagel. You do not need an oven to order a plain non toasted bagel.

Poor customer service, mostly from the black woman that’s works there (pretty sure she’s the only black woman there, if I knew her name I’d use her name).. she never says you’re welcome or have a nice day, never has a smile on her face and will roll her eyes at you if you ask to order something at the window or like in our most recent case we thought they forgot something and she just gave us a dirty look. Sometimes I’ll just drive the right xtra 5-10 mins to go to the dunkin on Princeton road cause they’re always friendly and always make my drinks better!

I’ve been here a few times and they’ve never gotten my order right. I was in a hurry today and stopped in. I made the mistake of not looking at the food till I got to work. I feel like they just randomly threw stuff in the bag. There was maybe one item that I actually ordered. I will not waste my time and money here again.

Went there this morning/afternoon the manager was nice enough I guess and I’m only assuming she was the manager bc the other 2 female employers were tweaking bad… The one at the drive thru window she was a taller African American lady and she was moving around all jittery and grinding her teeth…. Then the shorter blonde Caucasian female stood in one spot as if she had no clue what was going on and looked as if she walked in off the street still had her coat on…I get hiring felons but actively using while on the job…. ridiculous
