When we walked in, there was a sewage smell, but it went away very quickly. Not sure what it was.
The service is a mixed bag. The lady that looked after our table was great. The short guy with dark hair at the front desk was rude when we walked in, but he was fine on our way out. The sommelier is kind of grumpy. It’s a shame, hence I am giving them a four stars and I hope they will read this review.
The setting is stunning and completely unique, nestled in a historic space with beautiful stone caves and an elegant, intimate atmosphere that feels both refined and welcoming. It’s the perfect backdrop for a romantic evening or a special celebration.
The cuisine is exceptional in every sense. Each dish is creative, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor, showcasing Sicilian ingredients with innovation and precision. Every course felt thoughtfully crafted and exciting.
The service was impeccable — attentive, knowledgeable, and professional without ever feeling stiff. A special mention to the sommeliers, whose expertise and passion for Sicilian wines elevated the experience even further with excellent pairings.

The true highlight was our server Daniel and our sommelier Carmello. They went out of their way to make sure the we had a wonderful evening, giving us local recommendations and taking us on a private tour of the cellar. The service can make all of the difference in a fine dining setting, and we had a truly a phenomenal experience because of them.
