Reviews
This restaurant is truly exceptional. Beyond their perfectly grilled L-bone (sirloin) made from outstanding Sashi beef, the entire experience was unforgettable. The staff were remarkably knowledgeable, respectful, and incredibly patient. They took the time to explain every beef cut in detail, as well as guide us through their wine selection with genuine passion.
They made our date night exciting, comfortable, and memorable. Their professionalism and dedication to their craft really stand out. I will never forget the quality of the food and the excellence of their service. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a perfect steak and a truly warm dining experience.
What a great discovery! Dry Aged in the Genova area of Milan is rightly featured in the Michelin Guide 2025.
The beautifully lit exterior draws you into a stylish, modern interior.
We were lucky to be seated near the open kitchen, where we could watch the chefs cut and prepare the steaks — a real treat for any meat lover.
We ordered two tasting menus between the three of us: the Discovery for fillet lovers and the 100 Aged for rib-eye enthusiasts. Every course was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The rib-eye was even cut, weighed, and shown to us before being perfectly cooked and carved.
The service was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout.
A wonderful dining experience — highly recommended for a special occasion or your final night in Milan.
There was at most 300 g of meat on the plate and the rest was just bone.
We didn’t go for wine as the ambient wasn’t the best to be fair, so we just ate and left.
If you looking to spend around 400£ than maybe you’ll leave the place full but in my opinion it’s not worth it for what you get.
Better places in Milan for steak that don’t claim to be Michelin and the taste of their meats much nicer.
The amuse bouche entered and I immediately knew that I was in for a good meal. My colleague mentioned that they have never cared about “good” food, just wanted to get by. After that one bite they acknowledged that this restaurant may convince them that “good food” is worth it.
Truly outstanding. Great job chef!
The host was kind and fit us in even though we were late for our reservation (protests stopping the tram). The waiter took the standoffish approach to our care. He was attentive, but brash. I think if his approach to service shifted, the meal I had would have been star worthy.
About the food and atmosphere ;we got really high quality steaks, perfect cut, and the side dish was enough for 2 (size) and really good! The side-bread had a good quality! Also the table was perfectly designed for our need!the place is nicely decorated and have separated rooms which are really clean and cozy!
Definitely worth the money and time one pays! We had a perfect experience !
Easy access to the metro stations
We ordered the degustation menu with wagyu.
