I stopped thru onw home from work. I got a fresh pressed juice. The digestive one as my belly was upset. Oh my goodness – soooo good. Best $10 I’ve ever spent. And Ember was a delight and so friendly and sweet. Do yourself a favor and stop by!!

This place is awesome. The energy the vibes the people in there get you motivated. They also educate you talk to you about their experiences and really just motivate you to wanna make that change. My sister-in-law took me there one day and I plan to return continuously because their products their commitment to a healthier living in their education is priceless. The shakes are the best tasting things I’ve Ever taste it that I even had to ask the lady if this was healthy. They put a twist on the shakes the teas everything in here is amazing. Please please please check this place out as somebody who has battled with her weight for years this is a place that will make you feel comfortable and will motivate you to get to where you need to be.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I can’t recommend any specific item off the menu because everything is SO GOOD (I am almost all the way through the whole thing). The staff? Incredible. Humble, motivated, excited, and GOOD people work here and they will go above and beyond to help you out on your goals both fitness and nutrition related. Healthiest, tastiest shakes I have ever had. The waffles are BOMB, too.

I ordered a peanut butter cup shake. Expecting for there to be peanut butter, almond milk, chocolate protein powder and peanut butter. Real raw ingredients. It was nothing but powders, tap water and ice? Literally SINK WATER? This is not good and I don’t see the nutrition in this. I’ve made better shakes at home.

I love, love, love this place! I look forward to coming here every time I am in Laurel! The shakes are delicious, and I feel great knowing they are nutritious. The cost is 100% worth it because it is definitely a meal replacement. Yesterday I tried a refresher from here for the first time– the Peach Bellini was amazing! Kristen is so helpful and friendly and offers amazing customer service! Try it! You won’t regret it!
