You can tell they use high quality ingredients, you can taste the energy and electricity in each bite or sip you take! Allie provided great customer service although she was working alone. Been coming here for a while, they’ve been wonderful, and then all of a sudden there was two girls in there today that were very disrespectful, my star show they were -4 stars which didn’t make any sense, of course, and they took an hour trying to figure it out and by the end of that they were accusing me of wanting free food”… the more I buy the more stars I get, and they’ve been screwing up the stars, but now this specific girl was rude about it. The girl in there lecturing me that the stars are a luxury for me that not everybody has them so I should appreciate them even though I was getting screwed on them so that wasn’t even the point., bc the more you BUY, the more stars you get, and I go in there every three days & I BUY 3 to 5 items every time.I don’t know who they hired, this morning,, but I won’t go back again after that treatment.

First-timer here – Decided to try a more healthier breakfast this morning, and boy, am I glad I chose here!! The lady at the counter was super nice & helpful. She suggested their popular “Funky Monkey” Acai Bowl, so I got that and added chia seeds + almonds. It’s soooo good! I’ll definitely return back for my work day breakfasts.

The two girls that helped me just a few moments ago were absolute angels. They made sure my smoothie was blended super well since I just got all 4 wisdom teeth out. They even gave me the rest of what didn’t fit in my ordered cup size for later. Super sweet and helpful I’m new to Hernando and I know where I’ll be coming for my smoothies from now on

I dined in for the first time on yesterday. The bowl I ordered was called the Jamaican Me Happy. And oh boy did the Jamaican Me Happy make me Happy !!! I had a large servings & couldn’t eat it all. The flavors of the Acai berries unique taste is a combination of berries and chocolate tasted very delicious paired to the bananas, blueberries, & kiwi. I think there were strawberries as well the coconut flakes, & granola were like the icing on a cake. The store was clean as well as the preparation area. I’ve visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe & Smoothie King for quite sometime and let me tell you ” Rise Up Acai Bar” rose to the occasion and is the best hands down by far.
