The food was nothing short of exceptional. Every dish we ordered was not only bursting with flavor but also artfully presented. It’s clear that great attention is paid to both taste and visual appeal – a true feast for both the palate and the eyes.
What truly made our visit unforgettable, though, was the service. I want to give special praise to our waitress, Lisa. She was incredibly professional, courteous, and attentive. Her warm and efficient service added so much to our dining experience, making us feel genuinely cared for. She is a true asset to the restaurant.
We will definitely be returning – not only for the outstanding food and lovely ambiance, but also in the hope of being served by Lisa again. Highly recommended!
The marshmallow soup was interesting with the cheese, but overall the was just ok. I wouldn’t get it again.
The creme brulee was a disappointment. Defs stick to the Souffles for dessert as well.
Service was great, the atmosphere is good.
Our first time at Rise! First, excellent staff!! The hostess was gracious and prompt getting our table. So inviting. Our server Z was so fun and attentive and made our meal experience feel special.
My wife had a French wine flight and loved it. I had coffee. And it was fantastic. French press at table and ground just before it was brought out.
The bread is baked as you are seated and was fantastic.
We had the marshmellow soup that i highly recommend. The ‘marshmallows’ are goat cheese that look just like large marshmallows, yet easy to take off just a bit for each spoonful of soup. Super light and fluffy. No idea how they do that!
The souffleś practically floated off the table. Perfectly cooked. We had the Jambon (ham) and Gruyère and the herb and spicy sausage. Loved it. Surprised with how light and fluffy it was that we felt stuffed.
We were determined to try dessert so we shared the Blueberry sweet souffle. Amazing.
Comfortable atmosphere, fantastic staff, and food with great taste and cooked to perfection.
We came in on a whim for an early dinner and left feeling we had a culinary treat.
We are already planning when to come back.
(I bought a pound of beans to take home)!
We then ordered the raspberry soufflé from the dessert menu along with several others at our table. When ours arrived, it was blown out in two places and completely soupy inside — clearly underbaked. To make matters worse, the raspberry sauce served with our soufflé was the wrong color and texture (white and yogurt-like), while everyone else received a rich red raspberry sauce.
We asked to have the dessert removed from our bill since it was inedible. The waitress returned saying the manager refused to take it off our ticket and instead offered two coupons for a future visit. We explained we would not be returning, but the decision stood — and the manager never came to speak with us directly.
For a restaurant that specializes in soufflés, the quality was poor and the customer service was even worse from the manager. This is no reflection on our waitress, she was great.
