This was an amazing place to spend time with my partner! We had the marshmallow soup, two savory soufflés, and one desert soufflé and each one was delicious! Thank you especially to Ryan for being so attentive and kind during our meal, plus he genuinely sparked great conversation for us!!! Will go back again!

An excellent restaurant for French abeyance in Southlake. Obvious attention is given to make each dish special, making it difficult to select among their many offerings. Particularly noteworthy is the personalized attention provided by our server Melanie. A very pleasant experience!

I had an absolutely delightful experience at this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, I was struck by the beautiful decor and warm, inviting atmosphere. The space is thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy and elegant environment that made us feel instantly at ease.

The food was nothing short of exceptional. Every dish we ordered was not only bursting with flavor but also artfully presented. It’s clear that great attention is paid to both taste and visual appeal – a true feast for both the palate and the eyes.

What truly made our visit unforgettable, though, was the service. I want to give special praise to our waitress, Lisa. She was incredibly professional, courteous, and attentive. Her warm and efficient service added so much to our dining experience, making us feel genuinely cared for. She is a true asset to the restaurant.

We will definitely be returning – not only for the outstanding food and lovely ambiance, but also in the hope of being served by Lisa again. Highly recommended!

The Souffles were great! We tried a variety of them, and they were all awesome.

The marshmallow soup was interesting with the cheese, but overall the was just ok. I wouldn’t get it again.

The creme brulee was a disappointment. Defs stick to the Souffles for dessert as well.

Service was great, the atmosphere is good.

Update: We come here regularly now and quality is still supreme. Tonight we had the bananas foster and also the cranberry soufflé and they were to die for. Just amazing!

Our first time at Rise! First, excellent staff!! The hostess was gracious and prompt getting our table. So inviting. Our server Z was so fun and attentive and made our meal experience feel special.

My wife had a French wine flight and loved it. I had coffee. And it was fantastic. French press at table and ground just before it was brought out.

The bread is baked as you are seated and was fantastic.

We had the marshmellow soup that i highly recommend. The ‘marshmallows’ are goat cheese that look just like large marshmallows, yet easy to take off just a bit for each spoonful of soup. Super light and fluffy. No idea how they do that!

The souffleś practically floated off the table. Perfectly cooked. We had the Jambon (ham) and Gruyère and the herb and spicy sausage. Loved it. Surprised with how light and fluffy it was that we felt stuffed.

We were determined to try dessert so we shared the Blueberry sweet souffle. Amazing.

Comfortable atmosphere, fantastic staff, and food with great taste and cooked to perfection.

We came in on a whim for an early dinner and left feeling we had a culinary treat.

We are already planning when to come back.

(I bought a pound of beans to take home)!

Very cute atmosphere. Our server was very sweet. The French on the menu as well as the staff pronunciation could use a little work in order to make it feel a little more authentic. The pumpkin soufflé was a table favourite.

We were very disappointed with our experience at Rise Soufflé in Southlake. We ordered the Jambon & Gruyère soufflé from the savory menu, which arrived undercooked and not properly set.

We then ordered the raspberry soufflé from the dessert menu along with several others at our table. When ours arrived, it was blown out in two places and completely soupy inside — clearly underbaked. To make matters worse, the raspberry sauce served with our soufflé was the wrong color and texture (white and yogurt-like), while everyone else received a rich red raspberry sauce.

We asked to have the dessert removed from our bill since it was inedible. The waitress returned saying the manager refused to take it off our ticket and instead offered two coupons for a future visit. We explained we would not be returning, but the decision stood — and the manager never came to speak with us directly.

For a restaurant that specializes in soufflés, the quality was poor and the customer service was even worse from the manager. This is no reflection on our waitress, she was great.

Food is actually pretty amazing. Service is extremely slow…..beyond slow. We were sat quickly and nobody ever acknowledged us. We actually had to ask a waitress if we had someone who was taking care of us. She stepped up and took care of us. Did a pretty good job until dessert. We waited almost 30 mins for it. We weren’t even going to order it, but they said since we waited so long for our entrees, they would comp a dessert for us. We watched everyone around us get their food and leave…..that part was quite disappointing. Again, food great, service meh. Additional, we got the Bread Pudding for the dessert and it tasted like pure egg…no flavors. This was over a $100 tab for two. You decide if its worth it. I don’t think so.

My experience at rise soufflé was amazing, especially because of our server, Ryan. Ryan was very resourceful in helping us navigate the menu since it was my friend’s first time here. He also was attentive, kind, and consistently checked in to see how we were doing. After very briefly finding out that it was my friend’s birthday, he surprised us by bringing out a lit candle with our ordered dessert soufflé AND personally sang happy birthday AND presented the chocolate soufflé skillfully (see attached video)!! Beyond amazed by his service. 11/10. Genuinely one of the best servers I’ve ever encountered!
