Servers were very nice and friendly which was a plus, but we waited a while for a table to free up because this is a very small place. Our orders took a while to arrive and my eggs Benedict were barely warm and the so called “beef hash” that came with the eggs did not taste good, not sure what it was. For now I don’t recommend this place, maybe if they expand it to accommodate more customers I would give it a shot again.

I went to meet a life long friend for a get together. All I can say is the waitress who was working that day, the Tuesday prior to Thanksgiving 2025 was incredible at her job. She was friendly, attentive, and it was obvious she loves people and believes in the food served. I cannot recommend her and this diner enough. It is tough to serve people in this day and age, but she was incredible.

$ Would definitely return.

Food was not crazy remarkable but was not bad either. Rotating specials are always a good sign of something made with care. The bacon was honestly significantly better than just fried crispy bacon but this pig was happy to be bacon.

Service was great. Our waitress was the one with the cute pink nails and she was lovely. Provided honest suggestions and was helpful with some service stipulations.

The atmosphere is great just a historic building-turned bistro so that the dining room is kinda small. Nbd.

First time in.
Arrived about 11:30 am.
Irish skillet, corned beef and scramble eggs with two cups of coffee was $33.46.
Service was great.
Waitress was polite and professional.
Everything ordered was very warm.
Was offered a cup to take rest of my coffee to go and was topped off.
Bathroom was clean.
Would recommend.

I stopped and this charming little spot on my recent trip to Chicago and was told this local spot was a fav. The service was AMAZING and the food and prices were a big surprise (coming from LA). I had many cups of coffee and loved the staff, Misti was so kind and she gave me suggestions on where to visit for dinner and a comedy show. Next time in town I know where I’ll be for breakfast. 5 stars!

I showed up at the time listed online but unfortunately Google has it listed incorrectly. The place actually opens at 7am.

Ended up going in around 8 and was greeted by the owner and we talked about how she’s requested it to be changed but they haven’t done so.

Anyway I ordered a breakfast burrito and it was great.

Some regulars came in and you could see how much she cared about her customers. Everyone got a conversation and she even them by name.

A great find thats worth the wait.

Fresh hand made burger patties. Nicely seared and juicy! I enjoyed the bacon cheeseburger with cheddar cheese. And I added a fried egg on top. Completely messy but worth it. Tots are always great!

Great food, great service in a smaller town diner and friendly atmosphere. Clean restaurant and limited seating. Coke (not Pepsi) products. Reasonably priced and good sizes and choices.

First time here and I PROMISE we will return! I’m a basic chopped steak and eggs guy, pretty much everywhere I eat breakfast, but Rise N Dine made it JUST LIKE GRANDPA used to! The French toast was perfect, no too eggy like a lot of breakfast joints. Glad we did a Google search for breakfast restaurants after leaving the cross country meet.
