Absolutely love this Jimmy Johns crew. By far my favorite store. I noticed a lot of reviews left by customers complaining but I eat inside often and I see first hand how hard this crew works trying to get the customers orders to them on time. It has to be hard servicing the entire area of Sandy Springs when everyone is hungry all at the same time. This is by far once of the best run Jimmy Johns I’ve visited.

I ordered a Big John for delivery to the surgical center I was working at for lunch. Delivery was great, but the sandwich was missing the roast beef. I called the store to let them know and took a picture to send to the driver. The driver apologized and re-submitted the order. I received two more phone calls from the store after that because the manager, Omar, wanted me to return half of the sandwich that had no meat then he wanted me to return the whole sandwich. This wasn’t a problem because I wasn’t going to eat it, but very weird and bad customer service. The unnecessary phone calls demanding I return the sandwich they messed up interrupted my work flow. I ended up not having time to eat lunch.

So freaky fast they don’t listen. Made my Beach Club sandwich (which I love) with no avocado spread but tried to add mayo and tomatoes which I did not want. New to working in the area and this was my 4th time here, second time sandwich was messed up. I’ll be trying the other location in the area. This was a waste of money. I buy this sandwich cause I like the avocado spread and they left it off. Now it’s just a turkey sandwich with dry bread. No bueno!

Subway has the protein bowls, but Jimmy John’s has the superior Unwich, and the Unwiches are delicious! Any of their sandwiches allow for conversion to an Unwich for those of us pursuing low carb options. JJ is conveniently located off of Roswell Road, limited parking and average amount of seating, but very easy to order takeout and pickup at the shelves close to the front of the restaurant. For a delivery fee and tip, your order can be delivered through DoorDash from the JJ Website or the DD website. More options (I.e. the option to order an Unwich) if using the JJ site.

This Jimmy John’s is kept in especially good condition and all the managers that run it are really cool including the owner, Travis. The food and the store are kept clean, Juan, Chris, Mike and the rest of the staff do what’s best for the other employees and customers. Don’t forget to ask about the secret banana peppers topping. And the kickin ranch is very good. Fresh bread is baked daily, if your lucky or coordinate with the staff, you could get your sub made on freshly baked bread.

Ordered and paid thru the app and showed up 15 minutes later to a locked door (over 4 hours before closing). I banged on the door and 2 employees came out from the back….looks like they were taking a weed break. My sandwich was not ready and then they proceeded to make my sandwich. It was freaky slow.

Horrible experience! Want to give it ZERO stars. Manager is rude!!! We walked in and ordered 3 sandwiches to go. When we got home, our order was incorrect!!! We called and spoke to the manager and he was not willing to do anything for us…he asked for receipt info and we couldn’t give it to him as a receipt was never given to us upon check out 🙁 They have the order history in their system, he could have easily checked the order and owned up to his mistake, but he didn’t. NEVER AGAIN! This will not be tolerated when there are other great sandwich shops to go to instead. I pride myself on being from Sandy Springs, living and working here, and this business needs to go! Just shocking being treated this way, it’s awful!

I ordered a simple Turkey Tom and my sandwich was delivered with absolutely no turkey on it. I don’t understand how the only meat on the sandwich can be missed. When I tried to call to explain the issue there is no answer at the store. Will never be ordering from this location again.
