Very cozy place to sip your coffee in the morning. They have a nice outdoor seating area and the employees definitely give off the small town hospitality vibe! Would Recommend.

This was place came recommended by a local. Loved it so much I went twice. Had the breakfast slider, pumpkin chocolate bread and the vegan chocolate chip cookie. I am not vegan and I purchased three. Had to go back the next day for more. Def worth the visit. Everything is made to order and the staff is warm and friendly.

Quaint little coffee shop with excellent breakfast options. They are few but they are tasty! Coffee was perfect!
We also bought some baked goods for a snack and the cookies and croissants were so good after our hike.

The breakfast slider was a definite hit—a real “blast in the mouth.” The avocado toast was fine, nothing great or bad, just a standard and usual option. The chocolate chip hazelnut croissant, however, was fantastic. It was so good that I ordered it two days in a row!

Just a heads-up, there’s going to be a wait, so be prepared if you’re in a hurry. However, the great environment makes the time pass easily. And sorry for the half-croissant pic—I couldn’t wait!

Rise’s caramel latte and almond croissant are so delicious! Cute place with indoor and outdoor seating, friendly staff and owners who make you feel welcome, their summertime Monday night cribbage events are fun in the back garden, and they have live music Sunday mornings!

I expected better coffee but my pour over never got over. I’m a coffee fan and that wasn’t a good coffee. Avocado toast was ok but still not the best. I tried their chocolate croissant and I’m pretty sure it wasn’t fresh ( at lest 3-4 days old) the covering wasn’t crispy and inside felt soggy. White chocolate mocha was ok but slightly more sweet. The place is difficult to spot if you are coming from north side, it’s inside a small alley. It’s a cute space with little outdoor seating as well but nope. Good and coffee quality, not good.

STRANGE THING#1: While we were in queue, we checkout the board hanging on top of the counter to checkout the menu and saw that pour over was 3.5 $. By the time we took seat and our order came in, they took off throw board and edited the price to 4$ !! Why ?? Do they have separate price for mornings and evenings ?? Even if that’s true, they should do it BEFORE opening up in the morning ..

STRANGE THING#2: if you see any other picture, the avocado toast comes with an egg on top(boiled and sliced or poached) we were neither asked for such option nor was it given.

I’m very surprised by all the good reviews.
Sorry but Can’t recommend this place.

Took a short late morning break from driving. We ate the breakfast sandwich. It was ridiculously good and fresh. Online mentions a “cult following ” of the breakfast sandwich. I can see why. Simple but dang tasty. Teas were spot on as well

What a great breakfast gem! Stopped by on the way to the Park and grabbed a breakfast slider and coffee. Delish! Hubby had the chicken bowl and said it was amazing. Shout-out to the chipotle aioli Oh and the gluten-free English muffin is out of this world.

I really enjoyed the vanilla latte – ordered half sweet. Fantastic. Lightly sweet, hint of maple with the vanilla.
