I love this place! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff are nice. The head chef is originally from Virginia so the dishes are southern inspired but still have the amazing seafood. The head chef also come out to deliver your food sometimes and usually come to your table to make sure everything is good. 🙂 Even though the food is more upscale than what’s around, it doesn’t take away from the feeling of a nice local cozy restaurant that you can go to with family!

The loaded Bloody Mary was loaded with homemade pickles, jumbo shrimp, three fried oysters, pickled asparagus spears and was a great treat this Father’s day.

What a wonderful experience! Three of us went for Sunday brunch and we tried so much food, and drink! The mimosas and Bloody Mary were to die for, but the Rios Cappuccino was the best!
Food? So delicious. We especially loved the Croque Madame and the “home fries” with caramelized onions.
The staff and atmosphere were so kind, welcoming and attentive. Our only suggestion would be a mimosa flight, we would have loved to tried all three flavors!
But 10/10 would recommend.

Sunday brunch was delicious at Rio Cafe! I had the French toast that came with plenty of fruit sauce, you don’t even need the extra syrup and my husband had eggs over duck hash, he loved it. Staff was friendly and pleasant, the chef offered me extra quince jam for my French toast, my favorite! We will definitely go back and we can’t wait to try their dinner options.

A unique menu exquisitely prepared and served with exceptional hospitality. For brunch, we chose the spiced duck hash and the fried oyster bennie with a macchiato and cappuccino. The cocktail was the Paloma. Rio’s is one of our favorites!

Food was very good. Server was pleasant and prompted. I would have not been over charged for modifying a menu item instead of ordering alacart like my husband did. But telling me I had to pay more for prep, and I’ve worked in a kitchen, does not mean over charge people. Other than serving our eggs differently and me getting biscuits? If you want repeat customers listen and change.

Incredible food & excellent service. I wanted to try so many things from the menu – went with the sunchokes appetizer (delicious, with a little tang like they had been sprinkled with Tajin) and pork chops, which were seared to perfection and well seasoned, with a really nice glaze & couscous salad side. Definitely coming back again!
