I dont mean to whine but i paid for something to be made a specific way. My only complaint is that they do not follow simple instructions. I ordered a medium hot chocolate which was nice and hot with some donuts which were okay not the freshest donuts. My cream cheese bagel on the other hand was to be NOT TOASTED and they went ahead and toasted it anyways. My receipt says not toasted. Never had any issues with other Dunkin orders. Just be mindful to make sure your order is correct when getting your order here.

There was a new girl behind the counter and the staff were being rude to her. They were treating her terribly. It looked like they just hired her, but were getting mad if she asked questions on how to do things. The girl ended up crying from the stress and mistreatment. Do not support this Dunkin, go to another location.

Never a line…efficient staff, they remember your order and have your coffee ready before you even order…some staff are friendly, others are not which is why they lose stars…paying a premium for a commodity should at least come with a smile if you order politely

Update. 2 years since last review. Had to go there today to get wife a coffee.
I cannot believe how consistently poor this location is. Really mind blowing how they are truly the exception. They should have their franchise pulled.
I love Dunkin Donuts, just hate going to this location.
Mobile orders are always wrong or late.
Management is incompetent.
I try to avoid this location at all costs.

Came back figuring they may have gotten better.Unfortunately they have not. They all seem so confused and the mobile pick up area is a mess.

The young lady with the red hair does an outstanding job. She is always very efficient, friendly and quick. It is nice to know when I go to DD in Wantagh that the young lady with the red hair is going to deliver my order correctly, swiftly and with a smile. I really appreciate her efforts! I paid $3.25 for a decaf coffee with milk and three 3/4 of it out.
The coffee was stale not hot it was bitter tasting and not what I expected! What happened to this store? Unkempt, people hanging out at tables, restrooms unavailable, ice cream bins unappetizing!

It makes a world of difference when you have wonderful professional staff. I mentioned about food allergies when ordering hash brown and they were very attentive to make sure sheets and gloves are new. Best store around because of the staff! Thank you.

After the two brown girls who knew how to work left this place is absolutely disgusting. The floors are never cleaned the people behind the register don’t know how to work. The manger does nothing for this place. 5 years ago this was the best Dunkin now I rather go to Starbucks and spend extra money then come here. A month ago I ordered photo donuts and the manger had no clue. Filthy and disgusting place to go to.
