This past weekend, my family and I visited Rio Mambo. The ambience was on point, and the food was absolutely delicious! Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Our server was amazing–kind, patient, and so attentive. The general manager even came by just to see how things were going, and you don’t do that often at restaurants so we really did appreciate that. The entire atmosphere was welcoming, and we can’t wait to come back again!

Came for first time on a busy Friday night. Mixed grill fajita platter was ok (best were the blackened shrimp), portions are smaller than most other Tex Mex restaurants. Service was great–we had our water, Josh, the assistant manager and general manager check on us so that was outstanding. Would like to return for happy hour. I wish the dine in menu was available on their website.

Highly satisfied with the food and service. I was at the bar and “Jedi” was great. Very friendly and attentive. I ordered beach margarita. Very delicious. To eat, tacos de camarón (shrimp tacos), with white rice and coleslaw. Good combo

Lunch/dinner today was Rio Mambo Colleyville! The service we received was top notch. We were welcomed by Jackie. Our waitress Naydalin was so attentive. Great hospitality and nice young lady. The food was always phenomenal. The executive chef, Dustin visited our table. He wanted to ensure our meals were to our satisfaction. This location is always calm and welcoming. Atmosphere both inside and out were very relaxing. We enjoyed our meals! Amazing service!!

I had a fantastic meal at Rio Mambo! The atmosphere was warm and lively, and the staff was welcoming from the moment I walked in. The food came out fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every dish had great seasoning and the portions were generous without feeling over the top.

This was the perfect dinner, exactly what I hoped for! I had been out of town missing tex-mex, and spinach enchiladas(hard to find). I met a good friend here for dinner to catch up.. It’s been a while. We ordered the Margarita flight and each had the perfect dinner for us. I had the chicken spinach enchiladas and she had the shrimp. Our waiter was classic! A gentleman, with a well groomed curled mustache, made me feel like I was in a movie he was cast so perfectly! We sat, ate, sipped, and had the best catching up conversation!

Wow been coming here for years disappointed in all the regular people and the place all together. Had a BDsy coupon buy one get one free it’s president’s day so special on margaritas as well my food came out as to go order sit at the bar asked for a napkins twice and finally got one. Sadness for a place that was once the place to go to. Maybe look at what you are offering and staff accordingly or is it something else. I use to come here 4 times a week now 2 times a month and now not too sure of when I’ll be back. Service and kindness and the presentation of the food is upmost importance So sad that it’s not being met as I can walk here from my home so now I have to drive to receive quality service and food. So sad! Cheers
Hi there revisited the location tonight Amber took care of the last issue that we had. I believe Christina was on duty tonight and actually comped our queso, but our bartender still was not sufficient in his duties. I do not mind paying for what I order. I do not mind paying for anything that I asked for, but I do expect Customer Service and I do expect a friendly smile. None of what I received tonight very disappointed still I’m not sure where to go with us as I said Rio is in walking distance of my home and I do enjoy going there but I am not sure where to go with us or do I just text Amber every time I go and said hey can you make sure I’m taken care of that may be what it become and is so that is sad! But I’ll do it.
Again very disappointed I’m a place that I’ve been going to for many years!
