Absolutely loved it! We went to Plaza America to walka around and there are so many hidden treasures in there! This is one of them. They have a huge selection of burgers , cheese fries and salads . They have so much delicious food I can’t even name all of the items. Just go there and see yourself they won’t disappoint your taste buds. The people were really nice to us too. They had a beeper for when the food was ready. I loved it . They had table to sit and eat , a restroom and a place to plug your phone to charge which is so helpful during lunch breaks.

Purchased the number 2 steak with fries. And this doesn’t match the picture at all. They said they know it doesn’t match the picture but it’s not his problems. I wasted 28$ for nothing. This place sucks completely! But they fixed the order based on my complaint and added full steak instead of the portion.

If you enjoy burned food, this is the place to go. When I told them the hot dogs were burned the guy at the grill said that’s how they are cooked on the grill. How can you pretend a child will eat a hot dog like that?

THE TRAVELING MONKEY
Just had a #3 combo. Bacon cheeseburger and fries. Was the best burger I’ve had in Houston so far. You can tell it’s homemade. The fries we’re a perfect golden brown, crunchy on outside and soft inside. I will definitely be back.

Customer service was horrible and well over priced. Maybe il from the old days but charging me 2 bucks to upsize my drink seems high. Also I asked could they season the fries cause the be plain and he said I have to do it myself. Definitely my last time coming here. He also said a cup of ice is 2 dollars. Wow. Like I said maybe ik old school buy that seemed high. I should’ve went to jack in the box
