Awesome restaurant, been coming almost 20 years. Staff is always great and food is always great. Decent sized menu with lots of options. Can be pretty loud when it gets busy, but usually super casual and laid back. GREAT Cinco de Mayo deals!

This place is the absolute best, and I don’t ever say that. We’ve dined in and had takeout and the meals were equally as spectacular. My go to is the ceviche with shrimp and the birria pizza. The flavors, the quality, the portions – AMAZING! Seriously, it feeds me for days. Highly recommend & being that I moved from an area out of state known for good food, I’m extremely reserved in what I’d consider to be outstanding. (I also work in food & bev!). Best meal I’ve had (twice) since moving down here 2.5 years ago!

Had a great experience here! I got the enchiladas verdes and they were delicious. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Drinks could be a little stronger but otherwise everything was on point. Would definitely come back if we’re in the area again.

What the!! How could this treasure have been here this whole time without my knowledge?! Now THAT was some good tacos. Honestly some of the best tacos I’ve had in a while. The salsas came with the tacos. We ordered the large cheese dip and it was excellent. Service was amazing! New fave Mexican spot

I went to this place because it’s close to work.. when u are craving Mexican Flavor, this is the place! Even though I am having steak, shrimp and scallops w beans, rice, guacamole not a traditional Mexican dish but the flavors are All There.. not to mention That every time I have dined here there are plenty of hispanic people eating here too so thats gotta say something! The staff all speak in both English & Spanish. It doesn’t hurt to have outside tables or plenty of room in the bar to watch games all with the ambience of Mexican flare. Ps. They have HH too Mon -Fri 4pm-7pm on Rita’s, Drafts, Seltzers & Wine plus a couple of food items.. at this time my entree was $19.99 & HUGE plate! Good Value 🙂 I recommend!

We have a fantastic dinner on Cinco De Mayo. We have visited other Rio Chico location and found West Ashley has great service. Food is delivered fast and hot. Chips and drinks refilled without asking. We will definitely return and recommend this location.
