I visited Rinconcito De Alex El Paisa with my husband for the first time yesterday afternoon. I do not ever do this but I think the way this business is lying to people is very wrong. I found this place on google and only came to this place because of the amazing reviews that they have. I come to find out how they are getting all these reviews is because the waitresses are offering customers empanadas in return for a positive review. The thing is our waitress offered us this before we even got our food. She even came back again to ask if we had already left the review for she can place the order for the free empanadas. How are we supposed to leave a positive review for a restaurant when we haven’t even gotten our food yet? I am so glad I waited for my food to come out because it was completely inedible. My husband left pretty much everything untouched. The meat had a strange taste and smell and it was very clear that it had gone bad and that they used seasonings to try and cover up the awful taste. My poor husband had trouble sleeping all night because of the stomach pains this terrible food gave him. Please do not be fooled by the positive reviews of this restaurant, they are bribing customers to leave these reviews. It is safe to say we won’t be back.

The service was excellent by Liseth. Very attentive. Took care of us right away the food was amazing, great portion of food . I myself order the chuleta empanizada ! The empanadas for appetizers it’s a must try ! I highly recommend this place and make sure you get taken care of by Liseth!

Yeila was my server. She did well but all the waitresses including Gigi are great.The food is always fresh and enjoyable. All the food is great. I like the Calentado and the Bandeja Paisa, Sancocho de Res soup/ sopa. Thank you Rinconcito Paisa Alex for all your great service to the community. Grab a coffee and empanada if your in a rush. Amazing Colombian food and even better service! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked you can really taste the authenticity. Our waitress, Yeila, was so kind, attentive, and welcoming. She truly made the experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Just had an amazing meal at this Colombian spot The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, but what really made the experience special was our waitress Sheyla. Her service was top-tier super friendly, attentive, and always making sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask. You can tell she really cares about her customers, the same way I try to take care of people when I’m training new hires at Freddy’s. Definitely coming back again soon!
