Reviews
It’s absolutely a hole‑in‑the‑wall spot — small, unassuming, and easy to overlook — but the moment your plate hits the table, you realize why people swear by it. The portions are huge, the flavors are bold, and the kitchen doesn’t miss. No matter what you pick from the menu, everything comes out delicious, well‑cooked, and packed with that international, home‑style taste that keeps you coming back. It does serve Central American food (including Honduran‑style dishes) and is the only verified “Rincón” restaurant in Charlotte.

While the coffee wasn’t our favorite, everything else more than made up for it. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the restaurant was clean, easy to find, and offered a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
Overall, a wonderful experience and well deserving of 5 stars. We’ll definitely be coming back!
I thought the price for the tacos was high at about $6.
We will definitely get food from Rincon Latino again.
Tacos ended up being $3 each and the mixtas torta (sandwich) was $12.99. Guaraches (we got carnitas on top of the corn cake) was $8.99, and 3 chicken empanadas with slaw for $7.50.
