Wow, this place was delicious! The churrasco was seasoned perfectly, and while the shrimp were a bit salty, they paired nicely with the rice. The mofongo was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned—they definitely don’t skimp on the plantains like many other places do. If you’re ordering, I’d recommend the churrasco with mofongo as the must-try combo. Prices are on the higher side, but the food and the friendly service make it worth it.

Good portion for $20-fed 2 of us. Bit of a wait for the food but makes sense since it was lunch rush. We should have asked for sauce as the meat was a bit dry but tasty otherwise. Beans were great, rice was not fully done. Convenient stop on the way back from the beach

Grabbed a box and drove to the mosquito pier for sunset – even something as simple as rice & beans tasted good. Thanks! (A bit of a wait as is common in Vieques)

The best trifongo on the island. Food was fresh, quick, and delicious. Food truck has picnic benches with umbrellas and fresh cold drinks. Highly highly recommended for early lunch or dinners!

We had a very good experience at this location, reasonable prices. We went there for lunch and were easily able to find good vegetarian options. They made fresh food and we loved it.
It’s located in a nice outdoor area. Only downside of eating outdoors is that there were lots of flies and cats around us, but it wasn’t that bad
There is a vending machine to get soft cold drinks
Remember to bring some cash if you’re ordering anything below $10
Restrooms are very nice and clean
There is a grocery store only a minute away from this place so if you run out of water bottles or something, you can get from there

All I can say is WOW! I got the mixed seafood salad with rice and beans, and I don’t think I spoke the whole time I was eating. I actually inhaled my food it was so good. Super fresh, and some of the best shrimp I have ever had. It is pricey but I would pay it again for more. Very quick service and tons of seating!

We had heard this was excellent, but each time we tried to go, we came before they were open or after they had closed. That’s our fault. On one of our last days, we finally had the opportunity to come, and I wish we had come here more often. I had the octopus and the trifongo, and everything was excellent. The octopus was so incredibly tender! And I had mofongo before, but not trifongo, and the three flavors together were a taste explosion! How fun.

This is either take-away or there are some picnic tables outside; there is no indoor space for sitting. It’s a food truck park. While we were waiting, some friendly cats visited us.

My daughter is a chemistry major back on the mainland, and we also really loved the drawings on the exterior walls (descriptions of the food and reviews that look like the periodic table of the elements). See photo of her posing next to one. Super playful.

The menu was a bit confusing to me, as I didn’t quite understand how the sides worked. But I’m sure if I read it a little bit more closely, I would’ve understood. As it was, I ended up ordering some extra items, but it was fine with me because Everything was delicious!

Overall, wonderful take-away Puerto Rican food!

It’s a solid lunch option, but I’ve definitely had better chicharron & trifongo elsewhere. The piña coladas and limonadas next door were very refreshing.
