The employees here are the most friendly of all the Golden Chick’s in the area. Every time I’ve gone the chicken has been hot and juicy, the tea is sweetened just enough and the rolls are perfect! I’ve not had a bad experience here. This is my go-to location for all my chicken and tea needs!

Just wanted to say thank you to Yesica for being so kind.Also when i entered she welcomed me in with a big smile and made me fill right at home.I will be back to this location for sure,very clean environment even in the back.The other young ladies were all staying busy.The food was cooked fresh didnt have a long wait.

this place is great and the food is amazing, i recently went with my daughter who was selling chocolates and the kind girl in the window gave us her last $2 for a chocolate bar, my daughter was happy and kept saying thank you of course and the young lady was smiling throughout the whole time. Honestly a nice experience and I will be going back soon!

I visited the store yesterday in Crandall, TX. Order chicken tenders and fries. During the order I was never asked if I needed any sauces either my order. When I’m making my payment I requested a ranch sauce. The employee said it’s a $.42 charge (manager was next to her) Surprised but I paid for it. This is the only fast food restaurant that charges for a sauce to go with your tenders, this should be included with the combo. So if I return I have to bring my own sauce.

This location is clean and the food is great too, service is excellent they’re always kind and everyone has a smile on their face either when I go in or drive-thru. 10/10 would recommend this location if you’re hungry for some chicken!!

Ordered an 8 PC chicken meal and was told by Wendy who said she was in charge that we had to pay 39 cents for ANY sauce that we wanted! Not one single sauce came with the meal…. no sauce or gravy comes with this meal… $28.00 for 8 pics of chicken and a few sauces. We ask for a senior discount which advise and they had no clue!

Delicious food! I recently stopped by Golden Chick for lunch, and it was honestly one of the best fast-food experiences I’ve had in a while. The moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a smile, and the service was quick and efficient.
I ordered a combo with their famous chicken tenders, and they were cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. The seasoning was spot on, and dipping them in the signature gravy just made them even better. The rolls were warm and buttery, and the fries were fresh and crispy.
What really stood out was how clean the restaurant was and how fresh everything tasted. It didn’t feel like just another fast-food stop; it felt like they actually cared about the quality. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Jessica provided top notch service during a road trip pit stop! We had chicken tenders & roasted chicken – both were moist & juicy! Not typical of gas station restaurant. To top it off….she didn’t like the way our mashed potatoes looked (they tasted good) so she made a fresh batch & hand delivered to the table.
