Food was fine. When I got the receipt to pay I used the QR code to leave a 15% tip. The receipt had showed a 20% tip. Due to the difference in the total payment the staff kept me there because it didn’t match what they expected. Repeatedly told that the tip could not be changed because the manager isn’t here. The amount could not be refunded to pay their mandatory tip amount because the manager isn’t here. If a 20% gratuity charge is mandatory for dining in this should be explicit. Refused to give me a paper copy of the receipt. They deserved a 0% tip for acting like I was trying to leave without paying and a refresher on what a tip is.

Food was authentic and delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. Needless to say the atmosphere was also very lively playing great bachata. Will be recommending this place and coming back very soon.

Unfortunately, I too, had a bad experience.
I walked in & there were no bar seat which was okay but an inconvenience. I then asked the bartender to be seated. S serve came out and obliged. Once bring seat after a few moments (to long in my opinion) she brought me a menu lucky as I was standing by the bar I grabbed a Togo menu so I was already technically fine (I guess) to make a long story short; the waitress too forever to take my order the food took forever to come out she never approached me in the 40 minutes I waited about when the food would be ready. Had she done so I would’ve put in an appetizer, because that’s how long the food was taking. The fooood finally comes out and let me tell you it’s was absolutely NOT worth the wait. Absolutely everything was overcooked. & not by a little by a lot! You can tell this food was not fresh or anything near fresh. The steak was well past well and the juice it was sitting in the we’re walking sauce was just burnt tasting and rice was incredible dry. Literally the best thing on the plate was the garden salad. ON TOP of all of that the have item list on the menu that’s not available which was also disappointing. 1/10 DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE.
Ps. I came here last year on my birthday and it was amazing. Sad to see the poor service and food now.

Best Dominican cuisine I’ve tasted in a while. My ONLY complaint is that I ordered the rice & beans. Received a sack of rice and very small portion of red beans. Other than that , the food is absolutely delicious!

Friday nights it’s karaoke night and the vibe and experience is awesome. The people, staff and ambiance is really something to look forward to. The beers are ice cold and the prices are manageable. I will definitely be going back eveytime I’m in town. Enjoy!

Nice location. Very clean. The bar is explosive. They have any and every drink you can imagine. Staff friendly and very attentive. I had grilled smoked salmon, just the way I like it. Salad and pigeon peas with rice. The food is made to order and served piping hot. Yummy. The music was very relaxing, at just the right volume so you can converse with the people at your table.

I came for food and got a live band performance and the place was packed. While I was waiting for my food the latin music was vibrating throughout the building. The snapper was fried to perfection and the rice was quite good.
