I called in an order and noticed they were extremely busy, so I left for about 20 minutes before coming back. When I returned, my order had been forgotten. While that was a little frustrating, I understand mistakes happen. I placed the order again in person, paid, and waited about another 15 minutes before receiving a buzzer.
… When my dad went to pick up the food and return the buzzer, they refused to give him the order, saying it hadn’t been paid for, which was confusing since we clearly had the buzzer. When I went up myself, I was still told I hadn’t paid, despite the same evidence. The interaction felt uncomfortable and unnecessary, and I can’t help but feel that this was discriminatory.
Overall, the service that day was disappointing. I also asked for extra yum yum sauce and didn’t receive it (thankfully I had some at home). We spent about $30 for two plates. The food was great, but the service did not match.

Absolutely the most awesome place to eat. Was my first time and they were very friendly and helpful with my selection. Food was totally spot on. Will definitely be making many more trips to this place.
