The server was good. She was attentive and was moving as fast as possible. Today was the first day with the pizza oven. Would have been nice to be informed of that before we ordered 2 pizzas. Took almost and hour and 1/2 for lunch! If we had know maybe we would have ordered an appetizer. Lunch was ok. The portion sizes were a little on the small size. The meat was good and the bbq sauce was good too. Overall, the experience was ok….

Oh my goodness! If you’re in the mood for some good barbecue this is the place! If you can’t decide what to have, give their sampler plate a try. You can’t go wrong. Delicious food, great prices and a very nice atmosphere. This place simply knocks it out of the park. So glad you guys are in Payson and we will definitely be back.

The food was great. We got the sampler plate which includes all meats and all sides. It feeds 3-4 people and tastes amazing! The staff is very friendly and well mannered. The patio is pet friendly as well. Highly recommend!

My husband and I both love good barbecue. What we were served when we ordered the sampler platter was excellent barbecue with all the sides. We were totally impressed. The atmosphere, service and the food was amazing. We’ll definitely be back.

Oh man! When visiting Payson Rim Country BBQ is a must stop! Their food is delicious! I got the sampler plate and and the burnt ends! Whewy was it good! The rest of my family got pizza, pulled pork sandwiches, and prime rib. It was sure queit when the food came out because everyone was enjoying it so much. Thank you, guys, and we will definitely be back for more!!!

Had dinner here last night. The atmosphere and service was great. The burnt end app was awesome and we loved the sauce! We each had the 1/4lb meat plate, which we both enjoyed, sliced brisket and pulled pork. The sides, however, were not great at all. The coleslaw was very dry but I know that’s a personal preference; corn had a weird taste and not edible to me (like oil or butter it was cooked in was bad/off); mac and cheese was bland and dry; potato salad was okay but mostly onion and celery. Next time we will try the pizza or order meat to go and make our own sides at home.
