Very odd location, rest stop that you have to have a car to get to. Staff wasn’t very friendly, it’s clean, but that’s probably because you can’t get to it well. The food came out quickly but so sloppy and messy. Don’t recommend this location. You’ll get McDonald’s flavor you expect that’s about it.

Horrible. Orange juice used to be great. Was horribly watered down. Had to park in a reserved drive thru spot for 15 minutes, for breakfast. Said thank you, no one said a word. After waiting all that time for breakfast, they tried twice to hand us the wrong orders, sandwiches was cold. $26 for cold breakfast, disgusting upgrade of oj and rude service.

I was horrified by my experience today at this McDonald’s. I was coming through drive-thru after a long day at my job (I work in the food industry as well) and was shocked at the way the woman in drive-thru was speaking to the customers in front of me. She also spoke to me the same way as well. Beyond aggressive, rude and I would go as far as to say it was verbally abusive. After she would take an order she would leave her headset turned on and you could hear her yelling obscenities and using foul language. It’s absolutely unacceptable to speak to people the way she was speaking to the customers. I was shocked that anyone could even have a job behaving like that. I get to the drive thru window and the girl in the window was not the one taking orders. I could visibly see in the background the woman taking orders and she flailing her arms everywhere and was clearly in an enraged state. I understand it can be difficult to remain calm when it’s busy but it’s absolutely crucial you maintain composure and not get abusive with customers. I asked the girl in the window if I could speak to the manager and guess what… the woman that took the order was their manager. She came over and I told her that it’s unacceptable to speak to people the way she was and she just stood there and said NOTHING. Not a single word. No apology. Nothing. She then walked away. I feel awful for any employees that have to work with that woman. I will be calling corporate because this issue needs to be addressed. I suggest avoiding this McDonalds if you can. The manager’s name is JENNIFER and she was the night shift manager in charge on 8/27/2023.

The staff was very inept, our cashier struggled to answer basic questions about the menu. The rest of the staff seemed to have language barriers. Our orders were wrong and we were charged higher for an item but never got that. We order egg and cheese biscuit and we’re charged for a bacon egg and cheese. The coffe was wrong. Just a total disaster. Avoid this stop and just go to another place to get your breakfast.

I don’t understand why people don’t know what they have on the menu, I ordered the cheesy jalapeño qp meal 3 times and the kid had no idea what I was talking about so, Another person took my order which seemed fine then I had to pull ahead and wait 15 minutes to just get a double qp with bacon. No one listens.

Check your order before leaving the drive-thru!! Ordered chicken nuggets, and when we opened the box it was just full of Big Mac sauce and no chicken (gross). Called the manager to ask for a refund because we were already 10 minutes down the highway (this is located in a service plaza), and she said she could only refund us if we turned around and came back.

Just off the highway. Has tourist information desk in the same building. Good amount of sitting area inside and outside. Parking lot is pretty big. Big plus point: It’s open 24×7 for dine-in and drivr-thru. Clean washrooms and has emergency medicine available for $1/each. And lastly it’s MacDonald what else is needed.

So, I would never eat at McDonald’s. But, it’s clean and the people are nice. Coffee is one step above battery acid. There is a tourism center which is why this is one star instead of zero.
