I hate going to this McDonald’s, but because it’s right next to the hospital where I work I have no other choice. It’s always a hot mess with this McDonald’s. I already got a McChicken with no lettuce no onion no tomato and no mayonnaise. Just a plain chicken with pickles in the mixed strips are not even cooked. They’re raw. It’s disgusting.

I’ll just say this: please check your management. For the last ten days, I’ve been placing my order at McDonald’s and there’s so much mix-up. Sometimes I order a Filet-O-Fish and I get something else instead. Most of the time, I order a vanilla shake and they never have vanilla, so they give me coffee instead. Or I order a mocha iced coffee and they give me some cheaper iced coffee for $20. I might as well just go buy it from 7-Eleven. This is not good. Please check or change your management, do whatever you want, but this really needs to be looked at. If you keep providing service like this, your McDonald’s will end up shutting down soon

The worst service I’ve ever encountered. They charged me for something I didn’t order. Then the coffee machine was being cleaned, and I had to drink regular coffee for the price of a cappuccino. And finally, I ordered two apple pies, but they only gave me one.

Went into the drive thru and I sat there for 15 minutes and only one car moved. I used to work at MCdonalds, no order takes 15 minutes to make. I stayed there another 15 and no one moved. Seems like they were purposefully slowing down to not get to the orders. Ridiculous behavior at this location.

Just off the highway. Has tourist information desk in the same building. Good amount of sitting area inside and outside. Parking lot is pretty big. Big plus point: It’s open 24×7 for dine-in and drivr-thru. Clean washrooms and has emergency medicine available for $1/each. And lastly it’s MacDonald what else is needed.
