Scott was very friendly and patient when recommending items, and the customer service was good. This was one of the only places open at 3am, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself could do better. I ordered the sausage breakfast “big” burrito, and it was mostly egg with maybe one sausage link, with no potato included. It was bland and not big despite the name. For the price, the portion size and ingredient balance were disappointing, especially for a new restaurant. The food was very basic, and with so many Mexican fast food options in the area, they need to do more to compete. Management could improve portion sizes, ingredient balance, and overall value.

This place has changed management and with that all food quality standards. I was disappointed when I ordered the Sausage “big burrito” which I had ordered many times. Burrito was one large tortilla, what seemed like one egg and tiny bits of sausage and had no potato.
Also ordered a carnitas burrito which was a tiny bits of meat and “guacamole sauce” the food was cold, cheese was not even melted. Asked for a refund and went elsewhere. I hope they return to their former recipe/cook/management. Food was good before.

Bad Experience — Not Coming Back
I’m not sure what happened, but my first visit here was great — the food was delicious. I came back a few more times hoping for the same experience, and every single time it got worse. The food is horrible now, the service is slow and unorganized, and the staff acts confused while rushing the food out like they just want you gone. I honestly had high hopes for this place, but at this point, I’d rather drive down the street and eat somewhere else

Just tried the new Riliberto’s in Rialto the pollo asado burrito was delicious! Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly grilled. The portions are generous and the staff was super friendly. So glad to have a 24-hour Mexican spot in the area I’ll definitely be coming back!
