Not very welcoming, Next time we have to order from someone that doesn’t say anything (like hello) I’m going to just walk out. As a employee you should say something like hello, can I take your order, welcome, even F.U. would be better than nothing.
I have to stand up order my food, get my drink, go back up get my food, clean my table for $50.00 for 2 people? Only once.
The food was fast but greasy and I mean really greasy. No chips and salsa or salsa bar. Small portions and not a lot of flavor until you put on red salsa.

Spent 61$ for two kids and two adults. The carne asada fries tasted like they weren’t even cooked. Straight peeled and thrown on the plate. Minimal meat. Just a soggy plate of potatoes. I would recommend taking your money and going elsewhere. I will NEVER go back to this place. No establishment puts trash out like that if they care about the customer. I’m highly upset and will be contacting corporate.

You have to be very specific on your order. I ask for #3 plate which was the 2 enchilada plate. Order came out and it was just a cheese enchilada with rice and beans. Rice beans were good.. very hot but I was disappointed because I thought just like the picture has shredded beef so that’s what I was expecting but no go. Talk with other cashier but she ask we can do over but I didn’t want to hassle it. But u have to be specific to include no cream or guacamole . That extra.. I think it is price just a little bit too much but everything is going up.. tasted good .. little bit over price in my opinion.

The service and location are good. The food is not the best except for the churros, the churros are great. I ordered the carne asada fries and the fries were soggy and undercooked. The rest of the food is just okay, you’re better off going to Filobertos or some of those food trucks.

So displeased with the service. Last night I ordered a burrito with extra cheese and they charged me $1.99 for cheese and .99 for potatoes? Which I had barely any of both in my burrito. I asked about it and was given attitude that “she always charges 1.99” so I go in today, already service is horrible straight when you walk in. They walk right past you and ignore you for however long they can. Finally a girl came up to me and I asked for a manager. She stated he just left. And he’d be back tomorrow around 11am. I asked her are you just saying that so I leave and she said yes. The girl was highly unprofessional and childish. calling me bro, couldn’t hold eye contact. And when I asked about manager again she stated “good luck finding him” absolutely disgusting.

Rili B’s Tacos is a must-try! The chicken and steak tacos, also the breakfast burritos are absolutely delicious—packed with flavor and always cooked just right. Huge bonus that they’re open 24 hours, so you can satisfy those taco cravings anytime, day or night. Great food, great convenience, and definitely worth coming back for!

Mediocre Mexican food at best. Person who took out order at the drive through wasn’t welcoming, no “hi” or greeting, just “order when you’re ready”. The second person who took our payment and gave the food was very friendly.
We got the rolled tacos, tostada, and birria tacos. The rolled tacos were plain with no flavor and just a sad excuse for cheese on it. The tostada (bean tostada) was also bland, not much flavor. The birria tacos were good, not the best, but definitely tastier than the other two items.

Drive thru was nice, but my carne asada fries weren’t even cooked all the way. Fries were half undercooked.
Ordering online no one inside to help me and the only guy I saw went to the back …finally found it on the counter after just standing there with no direction.
Then the few times coming inside … Just not customer friendly and overcharging for food not being prepared very well…is just a bummer. I just moved here and was hoping to find a better alternative to the BELL … Guess not yet….

I’ve enjoyed the food at Rili-Bs since they first opened the restaurant in Casa Grande, with one exception. If I order tacos, the meats are always tasty, but they are always extra juicy when put into the taco shell. For me, the 5 minute trip home means that the tacos get soggy on the bottom and fall apart as I take them out of the box to eat. At the end of my meal, which is usually 5 tacos, there is at least 3-4 tablespoons of greasy liquid in the bottom of the box. Just a simple tweak to draining the scoop of meat before it’s placed in the taco would sure go a long way for me.

I live 13 miles from our Rili B”s. I order their bean & cheese burrito. I think it’s the special on Thursday. I don’t seem to want one on Thursday LOL I pay full price and it’s worth it. The burrito is so big I can’t finish it in one meal & have half leftover for the next day. I also like their green chili burrito & plate. The plate comes with beans & rice with a choice of corn or flour tortillas. My small town has a Mexican restaurant & three drive thrus, but I still go 13 miles out of my way & go to Rili B’s.
