I’m from Denver, and made a weekend trip over to Hutchinson to see the salt mines. In planning, I came across Holly’s (interview on YouTube) and made a point to stop in. I was hoping to try those meatballs, but alas, they weren’t on the menu. But a muffuletta was – and it may be the best muffuletta I’ve ever had. They bake their own bread, make their own tapenade… and it shows. AMAZING. As I told Holly, who was working HARD behind the counter to prep for 2/14 – out of this world good.
I will have to make a trip back for the meatballs! 🙂

The shop is adorable, the people are so nice and the desserts are amazing! Only reason I give a 4 star for food is because I ordered cupcakes for a shower and I, as well as others thought the chocolate ones weren’t very chocolate-y and tasted a little off. But besides that the vanilla ones were yummy and the frosting was beautifully done!

I recently had a request to deliver some treats to my client in Hutchison and you would have thought I was asking other companies in town to cure cancer. I sent ideas for my son’s graduation cake, and left it open for her interpretation and it blew me away! The flavor (cookies and cream) was awesome and the cake was so moist. I absolutely recommend this for any need for a cake or dessert. Service was excellent. Thank you for making my son’s graduation so easy and tasty.

Story time. I was traveling through hutch and called up Holly’s asking if they sold fruit tarts. She said that they do fruit tart cookies or pizza but not fruit tarts. I said no big deal but I was looking for a fruit tart specifically because it was my wife’s birthday and that is her favorite desert.
Holly said “I can make a fruit tart” and even though it wasn’t on the menu she made it happen. When I showed it to my wife she was so surprised and after the first bite she almost cried.
Holly really came through for me and delivered on a fantastic dessert and a memorable experience. Btw Holly if you see this, put the fruit tart on the menu! That was amazing. And I definitely look forward to trying the one with the cream cheese filling next time.

Went for lunch, bread was stale and gave me the heels of the bread and very little chicken salad plus my daughter ordered butter chicken….the rice was hard and crunchy. Got a refund and the girl that made the sandwich laughed. The girl that was decorating cupcakes had no gloves on and was constantly digging in her ears while touching the cupcakes. Then she preceded to put sprinkles on the cupcakes with her bare hands. Overpriced for what it was.

I am so thankful for Holly! My husband and I live in Dallas, and my step-daughter lives in Hutch. With everything that’s going on, we were unable to travel and spend her 30th birthday with her, so I called Holly to see what she could do.
