Coming it it’s a tiny little home like place, we chose a spot and a lovely waitress helped us and she was truly honest about the menu which we loved and she gave us great recommendations. We had a few items and they were sooooo good, even the ceaser salad sauce was great!. Definitely will go back

We had the take out Baked Specialties. With this you get very fresh bread and a nice garden salad. It’s not just lettuce and tomato. You also get onions, olives, carrots and cucumbers. Cost for an entire meal..13 dollars. We got a generous portion of lasagna, which was perfectly cooked. You cannot go to any fast food joint or anywhere else and get this quality of food. Highly recommend.

After hiking at Pilot Mountain, we discovered an amazing Italian restaurant. 🙂 The food was fresh, the service quick, and the flavors incredible. The house salad with homemade vinaigrette was perfect, and the baked eggplant Parmesan stuffed with manicotti was a standout. The fries, fried mushrooms, and garlic knots were all delicious. A must-visit for Italian food lovers!

The food was delicious and the service was great! Like most restaurants right now, they had a help wanted sign in their window and I wasn’t sure how long it would take to get our food. I was pleasantly surprised though that everything we ordered came out very quickly! We ordered the broccoli bites for an appetizer and they were so delicious! Highly recommend!!!

We eat here at least once a month, making the short drive down Hwy 52 from Mt Airy. Their marinara sauce is chef’s kiss. However, last Thursday, we arrived at 8:48 and were greeted at the door by a young man asking if we had a call-in order. We told him no and that we were there to dine in. He pretty much told us we could not. When I pressed him about their closing time being 9:30, he could only say that “once the phone stops ringing, we close up and go home”. We found this to be very rude and no way to treat your customers.

Great Italian food. Hidden jem. Great service from Michelle and Debbie. I grew up in an Italian neighborhood so I am picky about Italian food restaurants. This place was awesome and a total surprise. I thought it was just Pizza and subs. WOW was I pleasantly surprised. I live south of Raleigh, but I will be back!!!
Made it back today November 23rd 2025. I had the chicken mediterranean. It was awesome and Debbie was of course a wonderful server thank you all again

This is one of my favorite places to eat pizza in the state! I love the Sicilian crust pizzas they have and they are phenomenal! Highly recommend it! I’ve been here multiple times with my family and friends! It’s the perfect place to go to after you hike Pilot Mountain as well as it is fairly close by. If you haven’t checked them out yet, you certainly need to if you love Italian food!

This is a small restaurant with great Italian food, a variety of fresh salads, and good service. The tables are comfortable and clean.

Food is way too expensive, two entrees and an appetizer was $50! Their menu online does not reflect that pricing. Need to update menu would not have ordered if we knew the food was that expensive for 2 people.

You’d be forgiven for thinking a non-chain Italian pizzeria is out of place in the shadow of Pilot Mountain. You’d be forgiven for being skeptical that it’s named for a pasta shape. But it’s actually good. The Greek salad, adding grilled chicken for a reasonable upcharge, was a huge portion of fresh greens, good toppings, and a ton of chicken. The pizza was pretty good too! It might not survive in NY or NJ but it stands up well, not “for Pilot Mountain” but in general. A pleasant surprise after a hike and before a wine tasting.
