Ordered the family box last night. Pizza hut is 2 miles away, when we got the text our order was out for delivery it was another 35 minutes before it was delivered. Whatever, annoying but fine. We open the box and the entire pizza was slid over to the side and smooshed together. I called the store…not even sure what I was really looking for but after they answered the phone and I told them what happened the guy said ‘we will talk to the manager about a refund. Bye.’ And then hung up and we never heard from them again.

If I could give this particular Pizza Hut location ZERO stars I would. We have been ordering from this location for years because it is the closest & only one that delivers to our home. They get the order wrong 50+% of the time, but we put up with it because we are hungry, or because the store offers some type of meaningless reparation to make up for the inconvenience. On several occasions they have lost our order and we had to go pick up replacement orders without even an explanation as to what happened. The District Manager for this location won’t return calls or complaints, there is a new manager weekly, and the food service is terrible. Today we ordered a Pepperoni Lover’s Pizza & Breadsticks… I will attach pictures of what they advertise versus what we received. You be the judge. We are done with Pizza Hut. DO NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT ON COLLEGE PARK IN THE WOODLANDS TX. It is clear which photos are the “Advertised” items and what we actually received. Both of ours were undercooked, greasy & had soggy dough ….just nasty!

Pizza was late because they outsource to DoorDash and no one from DoorDash showed up. Instead of remaking it they just brought me cold soggy pizza 45 minutes later than I was supposed to get it and still charge me full price.

I have waited over 2 hours and I still have not received my pizza. The Pizza Hut customer service keeps trying to reach the store and no answer. They said Amanda is the manager and that in order to get a refund I have to get ahold of the store. But it’s completely impossible. Please reach out and do what is right and give me my refund

Greeted as walked in, smiles, and very patient. We were here last month and the food was freshly prepared. Today, Jessica very nice and friendly
treat each customer the same welcoming.We come from Houston to this location, it is always clean and to watch as they prepare the food is very sanitizing. No worries about your family getting sick. Ordered 2 pizzas online, one was not correct and both were cold. I called the store because delivery was late based the estimates give. My call was transferred then call was disconnected. Customer service not good. Door dash delivering for them and since pizza was cold, guessing the driver not on time. Guess I go back to Dominos, app works great and pizza delivered hot.

The Pizza and breadsticks were burnt. The Detroit style was full of sauce, they did not put any cheese or Meat.The brownie was burnt and hard. We ate what was edible and thru the rest in the trash. I tried calling for a remake or refund spent 1hr on hold. Was told they need to get a General Manager involved? If this is not resolved I will never order from them again. This is bad customer service period, they mess up my order then make me beg for a remedy? Wow!!!
