I loved the atmosphere. The service was nice. There was this beautiful, petite young lady for my server. She had great energy and her presence actually made the experience nice. The food was fine. I got the lasagna. I’m not sure what my friend got, but he didn’t seem that into it. For me, Italian food is very difficult for me to give it 5 stars because I have to taste the flavor and it has to taste fresh in every way, no blandness, no dumping seasoning, and I didn’t get that rich, flavorful, fresh taste like I was expecting, then again, it was a $14.99 lasagna meal not a $29.99+ dish, so to expect 5-Star quality would be extremely unfair to the business.

I love a dim lit Italian restaurant. Its decorated lovely with a fresh flower at each table. I had the lasagna, came with a soup or salad. I had the salad with Italian dressing which BTW I believe was homemade because it was delicious. The bread was ugh so buttery and had the perfect toast to it. The lasagna was presented nicely and it was served hot. Every flavor just hit right. If you come it’s a must try.

It was around 4pm when we (4 of us) walked in and there was another couple sitting in there. Place itself is very nice and beautiful ambient. Waitress was nice and brought our drinks and took our food & appetizer order. My son in law asked for drink menu and she said would bring it but never did. The beef soup was delicious and hot but our tomatoes basil was warm and tasted ok. We ordered two plates of tour of Italy, one plate of Shrimp & Chicken with noodles. Im not sure of the name. The food was warm only and the taste was very bland and very little sauce & cheese. The restaurant was not busy at all to justify being served warm food. This was my second time going in there and again was not impressed. I can’t believe how this place is being reviewed as having good food. We will not be returning or referring anyone to this place. Its ashame cause we live close by and always see the parking lot full but Im assuming its the other restaurant that has the customers.

Not real italian food!! The chicken in my chicken alfredo was burnt, chopped up, and pre mixed with the sauce (to cover up the burntness). Which by the way I sincerely dislike in how I’m served my pasta. Only “steak” available that they have marketed for “steak all day” is slivered up THIN pieces of veal that was as unappetizing as their version of marsala. Even the manager/owner said they didn’t like their marsala, however in the same breath we were told that all meals were unrefundable. Exact words used “if we didn’t like it that was on us.” Which is in poor taste for a place that upcharges $2 on a small ceaser salad instead of a house salad and charges for bread refills with burnt pieces of dried up bread. NOT TO MENTION the stuffed mushrooms were just as sorry as the establishment completely lack luster. They brought it in a dish DROWNED in a white wine butter that honestly wasn’t even good to have it drowned in anything. All monotoned in a muted light brown and obviously soggy from all the butter literally tasteless at that. I would’ve LOVED to support a small business, BUT this is a business I absolutely CANNOT get behind. Poor service, lack of empathy, and dying roses as soon as you walk in. I don’t know how they’ve been in business for so long needless to say I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

You wouldn’t imagine a pretty nice Italian restaurant in Corpus would you? Well, no need to imagine anymore or be disappointed when you try one and dont like it because this restaurant is solid. Its quaint but hits hard. Nice interior, great menu, and exceptional service.
The food we had was great. Delicious Italian food here. We loved it and we have eaten at quite a few Italian restaurants in corpus- including an “upscale” joints in won’t visit again. And this place is a gem and a delight.
Forget olive garden or some of the “fancy” joints in CC. This here is the spot.
Their menu has the usual dishes desired and more. Wine to boot. I like the variations of eggplant dishes beyond the standard parmigiana and other plates. You can stay safe with the usual plates or try other delicacies.
Be sure to bring your appetite.

The food and service were great. The atmosphere very relaxing and enjoyable. The place is small so we had to wait for about 40 minutes to get seated. There is no person to greet you, there is no waiting list nor info on how much time you will need to wait.

Now this is an Italian restaurant that truly surprised me. Everything was absolutely wonderful, and the food was so delicious. The chicken parmesan was the best i’ve had and the tiramisu was the best as well. The restaurant is decent with space with a little bar in the back where you can see what kinds of beer and wine they have. Everything is spaced very well, and the environment is welcoming. Also in the back left corner they have a set up for performances and music. Definitely will come back again. They had these beautiful roses spread across the tables too.

The wait staff was funny and very friendly. They have live music and I greatly enjoyed it. The decorations were very nice and had a cozy feel to it. I had the Tour of Italy and it was pretty good. The Alfredo sauce was delicious and my favorite of the three. The lasagna has a good taste, I like the riccota sauce they use. The ravioli could use a little more sauce. The pasta was a tad dry on it. Garlic bread was good. The calamari had a good flavor but I felt could use a tad more salt. The fried mushrooms had a delicious breading but felt like they were canned mushrooms which I’m not a huge fan of. My brother had pizza with the same mushrooms, Italian sausage and pepperoni. It had a good flavor. The sausage was spicy to me but I’m a baby about spiciness. The crust was a bit too hard to me. Overall a great experience and would definitely come back.

We had a meet and greet for our Lions Club. They placed us in the back room. Food, atmosphere and service was excellent. Everyone that attended really had a great time and we received a lot of compliments. Nora is so easy to work with and the entire staff is always professional and friendly. One of our favorites!

I’ve been coming here for years and have always enjoyed it. A tip if it’s your first time: if you like A LOT of bold red sauce this is your place. Unfortunately it’s not mine, so I always stay away from dishes with it. However, everything else is so good and the service has always been great! My meal today was phenomenal! If they have the snapper, GET IT!
