Ridgeline is amazing! They have high quality espresso and coffee, their baristas are very knowledgeable and it shows in the quality of your drink. Their food is very good and their customer service is top notch. By far the best coffee shop in Rapid City, I highly recommend everyone go here. The decor is very awesome as well, it gives off a little bit of hipster renaissance vibes. Love it!

When you walk in and see an espresso machine that could be a main viewing attraction in a gallery and then meet the proprietor who proves to you in an instant that they genuinely obsess over their product, you know you’re in for a wonderful treat!
It can be hard to find a proper third wave coffee shop in Rapid City, but if that’s what you’re looking for, look no further. I am beyond excited to have such a gem of a café within easy walking distance from work, and I cannot wait to see how the business evolves. I have every confidence that everything they offer will be exceptional!

The interior has a fresh modern aesthetic with plenty of space to sit and relax or get some work done. Service was phenomenal with friendly and fast staff. I ordered an iced vanilla latte. It wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but still a solid cup of coffee. I’d give it a 7.8 out of 10.

David truly cares about his craft—roasting and espresso preparation. A beautiful layer of crema crowned my espresso, making it the best shot I’ve tasted this year between Rapid City and Denver. And my lady loved her latté

The crème brûlée latte was one of the best I’ve had and the service was top notch. While we felt like our initial coffee was incredible, the barista remade it because it wasn’t “up to his own standards” (both were 10/10 drinks)

Ridgeline roasters is an amazing cafe, filled with baristas who truly care about their work and their customers. The owner, David has amazing knowledge of coffee extraction and roasting. If you get the chance to chat with him, do it!! He cares about coffee but more about making connections with the people! The coffee not only has an amazing taste but you feel so welcomed when you walk through the door! 10/10 recommend this shop when you’re picking one to stop at in Rapid.

I was in the coffee business as a roaster, cupper, and a barista. This is the best coffee I have ever had. The maple cinnamon creme brûlée is amazing!! The coffee and the flavors of the drink and they blend perfectly. I travel a lot for my new job, and try any local coffee I can find and I am often disappointed. This place did not disappoint. I will be coming back anytime I am in town.
