This is hands down my favorite coffee shop. Every drink I’ve tried has been amazing, and the staff are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Service is always fast, and they still manage to make every visit feel special. They genuinely brighten my day every time I stop by! It’s truly the best!

I usually get the Wheatley St and sub out regular caramel for salted caramel. There is a young man who works sometimes, and he makes it excellent every time I have ordered one! The color of the drink is always brown with a strong taste of coffee and all other flavors. I have ordered it exactly the same two other times, but it was made by someone else those times. The drink was white and tasted like milk both times. I could not taste espresso or anything else besides milk or cream. I thought maybe the first time was a fluke thing, but the same thing happened this morning. I always try to support you guys instead of the bigger franchises etc. But I have been disappointed the last two times. I don’t usually mind paying the price for the drinks, but I do mind where there is lack of consistency and quality.

I’m surprised this place has above a 4 star rating. I ordered a cappuccino and it did not even taste like coffee. It was 15oz of milk & water. Bummed about it, perhaps it was a one off, but won’t be back.

I’m from out of town and although I enjoyed the coffee, I hated the experience. First time here and I was greeted with “did you honk your horn?” The young lady with light brown/blonde braids was rude and greeted me by telling me a brief story about me “honking my horn” at the customer in front of me. She then said she never heard me honk my horn herself but the lady in front me said I did..? So then why even ask?? I just wanted a coffee while washing my clothes up the street lol. This place is TINY so had I actually honked my horn she would have heard it. And if she actually had an ounce of professionalism she would’ve continued on with taking my order and treating me like a customer, but she just stared at me like she had a problem with this imaginary dilemma. She literally opened the window and ruined my morning with a made up story. You could’ve just taken my order, made my coffee and continued on with your day but you inserted yourself into a fictional scenario. I’ll never return.
