Best Colombian food and Latin food around. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. The empanadas and arepas are out of this world, so good, including their different choice of sauces. I highly recommend Ricuras to anyone looking for a delicious Colombian cuisine.

WOW!! Now…. Go now!!! (If it’s a Friday or a Saturday that is.) Stumbled on this new food truck and was really impressed! I had the beef empanada and it was really good!! The empanada was juicy and seasoned just right. The ratio of meat to crust was perfect! Both dipping sauces were delicious. The prices are sooooo reasonable!! Go give it a try! Olga, the owner, came out to visit and she’s as sweet as can be! I can’t wait to go back and try the strawberries and cream dessert option as well as the other menu items!

The service at this place is outstanding, and the food is a delicious journey into Colombian street food. The empanadas are incredibly authentic, they taste like a true piece of Colombia. I also highly recommend the arepas, which are a wonderful and flavorful take on the country’s traditional cuisine.

Overall I had a great time, the owners were really nice and good in conversation. The food was dilectible and the closest thing I’ve eaten to Colombian street and home food here in Utah. It was nice to hear Colombian music while I ate.
