My son and I drove from Telluride to Rico just to taste these tacos. It was completely worth the drive. The tacos are authentic Mexico City style tacos. Yes, they have Al Pastor too. Tasty, cooked to order, and the two guys running the food truck are passionate about tacos. Friendly service. Highly recommended.

We travel A LOT for food, and have eaten tacos from coast to coast. These were some of if not THE BEST tacos we’ve ever enjoyed! Everything was so full of flavor. The cilantro lime marinade for the chicken is incredible. The chorizo was nice and crispy, and the veggie tacos are nothing short of amazing! What a combination of flavors. Both the red and green salsas were also delicious! Each taco was made to order, and everything was so good that we rearranged our plans the following day to make sure we could return for more tacos while they were open. If we ever make it back to Rico, we will be certain to return!

The best street tacos I’ve ever had! Food is cooked right there for each customer, meat is not dry! Seasoning excellent, corn tortillas slightly fried not dry or plain or cold, green and red sauce amazing! I will be back!

Yummy!! We got a quesadilla with chicken and a half a dozen tacos with an assortment of meats. Everything was delicious and we ended up getting another taco because they were so good. The guys are really friendly and quick with service. Definitely a stop if you’re going through Rico, CO!!

It was noon, and I was hungry. Only one meal could satiate this need, a burrito, from RICOS. Made fresh where the delicious tasty meal super charged me like manna from a deity that wanted me to know what it meant to be full and satisfied. They asked if I needed napkins but the burrito didn’t exist long enough and no remnants survived prove it had ever existed….. screw you Gary, you napkin needing beta, go pee sitting down while the rest of us foodies charge forward for life and flavor.

Great Food!! It’s a must-stop when in Rico! Quick, delicious and always hits the spot. If you opt for the “spicy” option the boys will roundhouse kick you in the mouth with some perfectly hitting heat! Veggie tacos are a favorite for good reason!
