One of our favorite places to eat was the palmetto location. We placed an order about 3 months ago online and little did we know that the palmetto restaurant was closed since it said open online. We waited almost two hours for our order and called the palmetto number. The line was picked up from the restaurant on 64 where I was told the palmetto location was closed till further notice. They could not locate my order and I was told that I was lying and never placed an order online because it was impossible since the palmetto location was closed. I explained that it said open online and I placed the orders online not on the phone. The person on the phone argued with me then put the 64 manager on the phone who proceeded to scream at me and again tell me that I did not place an order and they were too busy to argue with me on the phone. He was extremely rude and literally had me crying. Thank god The online order goes through grub-hub or one of those companies, and they reimbursed me my money because when I asked the manager how am I going to get my $48 back he said he had no idea what to tell me. Unfortunately even though we love the palmetto location they lost a regular customer in my family as I have never been treated like that before by any manager. If I was the owner I would have fired him immediately. No one has the right to speak to anyone like that let alone a manager of a business.

We go here regularly for lunch with a few co-workers. The food is great and you just can’t beat the 2 slice lunch deal. Very quick and friendly service. Try it once, and you’ll be back. Beats the other franchise stores and especially Ferraro’s!

We had pizza and a Greek salad. The Greek salad was served with a balsamic vinaigrette which we liked better than the usual Greek dressing. The salad had all the usual items. We enjoyed the pizza. It is a thin crust but the crust had a lot of flavor. The crust was brown just like we like it. The two of us shared a small salad, a 16 inch pizza, and ordered soft drinks. It was a good value for under $25.

They have an exceptional chicken parmesan sub, and their pizza is top notch as well. It’s in my permanent lunch rotation, because I can order online, and carry it back to the office quickly. The people are delightful and accommodating.

ordered special 2 large 1 topping for 22.99. I paid extra for cheese did not get. I ordered a calzone and asked just for mushrooms, ham was put in it. I have been ordering since they opened was excited that they were here. Food gets worse each time. Bill was 47.89 and not worth it was cold when it got here. Rhe guy who answered the phone, just rude.. thought about cancelling order wish I did. This is the palmetto store

Do not order the Caprese. It is not Caprese. It is a cluster of tomato, mozarella, LETTUCE, PEPPERS, and OLIVES. Definitely will never buy that again. Feel like I wasted $10. The pizza is okay though.

I was so disappointed. Hours are not posted on the door. Walked in at 3pm on Sunday and no one was there, lights were off, chairs were on the tables and it smelled musky. Can’t believe they would have been opened by 4pm (looked up the hours of operation on Google after leaving).
