Liberty Tavern is such a gem — I loved it! The inside is super cute, spacious, and welcoming, with a big bar and plenty of room to spread out. It feels lively without being overwhelming. They also have their own parking lot right across the street, which is a huge plus in Quincy.
Huge shoutout to the bartender, Autumn — she was amazing. So sweet, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The drinks are strong and reasonably priced, which is always a win. I ordered my favorite, an extra dirty martini, and she absolutely delivered on the extra dirty. So good.
For food, I got the truffalo chicken pasta, and it did not disappoint — really flavorful and filling. The menu leans more toward real dinner-style meals with solid portions, so while it’s a little on the pricier side, it’s 100% worth it.
I also love that it’s close to my house because I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes. Great vibes, great drinks, great service — highly recommend!

Enjoyed a casual dinner Saturday night at Liberty Tavern! The menu is typical American fare with some fun twists. We ordered the calamari which had a really tasty teriyaki dipping sauce and was perfectly cooked. Steak frites had a yummy herb butter sauce and truffle fries; caesar salad dressing was great; the pizzas are a great price for the size; the Mac and cheese has crispy chicken and a wonderfully smooth cheese sauce. The restaurant was very loud on a Saturday night, so definitely not the place for a quiet meal! The wait wasn’t too bad and we found street parking nearby.

My family and I visited The Library Tavern on Friday, February 27. When we walked in, we were greeted by the host, who informed us that there were no booths available, only tables. That was fine, although we were hoping for a more comfortable seating option.
Unfortunately, from the moment we entered, we did not feel comfortable or welcomed. A couple of patrons looked us up and down in a way that made us feel uneasy. We were told to set a reservation and that we would receive a text message within five minutes when our table was ready. We never received any text or follow-up communication.
It’s truly disappointing because we came intending to enjoy family time and spend our money here. Instead, we left feeling unwelcome. We hope management takes concerns like this seriously so that every guest feels valued and respected.

We booked a table for Valentine’s night whilst in the area. Service was quick, food was good, cocktail was excellent. We had a great evening. It was a little loud but it was super busy so to be expected. Place was decorated really nice for Valentine’s and I appreciated that touch.
However when we got back to our hotel my husband noticed 2 charges on his card. One for $65 ( our bill) and another for $143. My husband called to query and we were on hold for quite a while. He spoke to I’m assuming a manager – Josh who told us that the card had been too close to the reader and had been debited for someone else’s bill. Surely our server should of a) mentioned this and b) given us a receipt to show it had been reversed. You can’t swipe a customers card twice and just not tell them and wait for them to find it on their statement! Also with the card readers you have to hold your card against the machine in order for a payment to go through,…..they are not that sensitive. If a mistake was made that’s fine but own it.
Obviously we now have to wait 2/3 days to make sure this does not come out of our account. $143 extra is a significant amount to be deducted from an account and then have to wait for it to be reversed.
Kind of took the shine out of what should of been a great evening.

Went for brunch, got there around 1:00 and they were busy but not too crowded.
Service was quick. Loved the breakfast pizza. Fun drink menu including boozy coffees.

I go to Liberty Tavern often, and it’s consistently great every single time. The owner and staff are friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which really makes the experience stand out. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, it’s perfect whether you’re stopping in for a casual night out, or meeting friends for a special occasion.
You can always count on good service, a comfortable vibe, and an overall enjoyable experience. It’s one of those places that never disappoints, which is why I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

One of the better spots in the area! Solid food, good prices, quality service and a great atmosphere. Been here a million times and will keep coming back because they always deliver. Their brunch is really good too and their pizza is delicious.

Came in around 4 the day after Christmas wroth my partner and was immediately seated in a booth. Waitress came within a few minutes to greet us and take out drunk orders we weren’t ready but she came every couple minutes until we was ready. We finally ordered our drinks and an app. The first drink I had “passionfruit sangria” was watered down but she let me switch it out for a Spritz it Out and it was everything I was looking for in a drink! Bubbly and sweet with the right hit of liquor. The app… 2 meatballs were a pretty good size cheesy and came with 2 small slices of bread(1 more meatball wouldn’t hurt). Since we were at a tavern and there had a nice selection of pizzas we ordered 2 different kind. I had 1 with fried chicken. It was satisfying but I wouldn’t order again. My partner had a sausage pizza he liked but he liked mine more. Overall food was good, waitress was super friendly and attentive, they had 3 different channels on, music was a bit of everything and vibes were chill. Would definitely go back for drinks.

First time here and had a great experience! We were there during brunch time. The food was delicious and our server was very friendly and attentive. The place was pretty busy but it didn’t negatively impact the experience. The food also came out not too long after we ordered.
My mom felt that the fried chicken sauce was a little too spicy for her taste, so our server, without hesitation, offered to bring her a new one, which was greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend the fried chicken and waffle, as well as the avocado toast.
The space, which was recently renovated, was clean and inviting, and there were plenty of tvs around the large bar area. The bathrooms were also very well kept. All in all, a great experience and would absolutely recommend!
