Calzone with ham and veggies. Bland, sauce was in a small jar and also bland. Bread just bread. Nothing on it. Plain. I expected a lot more flavor. Cinnamon knots were very good. I saw flies on the slices sitting on the counter.

We visited this place by accident and I am glad. The owner was there and he suggested a couple of good vegetarian options and we agreed. The Vegetarian pizza with fresh jalapeno on top was the BIGGEST WINNER. We are from NY/NJ so we know the real taste and This one is in the race.

just tried rico’s and had a great experience. went inside and the guy who took our order was nice and helpful with the menu for it being out first time. our small pizza and half dozen garlic knots were done in about 15 minutes. guy who handed us out food said that some people had complained about their pizza being squished in the box, so he showed us how he put it in and closed it because made our small pizza on the bigger side which was super cool of him. had to drive 30 mins home and the food was still warm and delicious when we ate – the sauce on the pizza is sweeter (which I love) and the knots were some of the best around. will definitely be coming back for more!

I personally love the chicken wing pizza here and their garlic knots are great only reason for 4 stars over 5 is because of the price but the quality met more than my expectations! On the normal pizza(other than chicken wing) I’d just recommend getting light on the cheese unless you like extra as there was a bit much but you’d expect that from New York style.

Sad to see the bad experiences here because I can say nothing but glowing things. The staff was kind as they helped me look at menu and gave personal favs. the prices were somewhat high (although Im from ohio so i think everything here is) yet the food made up for it in quality!! Got a half pep/half cheese and it was awesome, and I also got the garlic knots which were the best I’ve tasted since being at our local award-winning pizzeria in Ohio IMO! I dont ever buy pizza in Dansville (where I currently reside) because I find all three of our joints VERY poor quality; I could see myself driving the extra distance for this quality.

Haven’t tried the pizza yet but the calzones are amazing. Came back a second time and they didn’t disappoint. Staff was friendly. The cannolis are the best I’ve had outside of a Italian bakery. Not sure why such low reviews from others but I definitely disagree.

Finally got to try this place and I think it’s pretty delicious!! not gonna lie, the wings were pretty good…but the thing that REALLY Bugs me is, when ya mess up and there’s absolutely NOBODY inside the restaurant, barely anyone ordering, staff is standing around doing NOTHING and STILL mess up!! HOW!?!?! I had ordered boneLESS wings and got bone-in…wow..can’t even get what you ordered correctly! The stupidity I tell ya! Smh….thanks anyways guys!

No one has left a review for a while but they must have gotten way better because their pizza is outstanding a bit oily but super amazing and if you haven’t tried the Cajun Knots yet I would definitely head down there I only ordered half a dozen but they were probably the best knots I’ve ever had, you guys are doing great ❤️ thank you for the amazing food!

I would give no stars. I called and ordered a pizza. They answered Rico’s pizza Hornell and even told me my name. I ordered, was told thirty minutes when my husband went in there was no order, they accused him of calling Bath and then pizza hut. He left with no pizza and angry as he was accused of calling the wrong place. I looked at the number I called and it said Rico’s pizza Hornell. Very frustrated and they did nothing to try to make it right. I’m not sure we’ll go back

Just bought dinner at Rico’s for the first time and haven’t even ate it yet but will never support them again. The manager was HORRIBLE to the staff if front of us. He was belittling his employee because he pressed the wrong button on the register. The manager went on and on that he had 40 years experience and continued to embarrass me he employee. We left for 20 minutes and went back to get our food and he was still treating him badly! We were clear that we weren’t returning and it was simply because of his poor behavior!
