Upon our arrival, we seated ourselves.
Our first round of of coffee and beverages were promptly served as were our meal orders.
A small cafe, our meals took a minute, two, or three to be prepared, which was alright. Though, our coffee cups were cold and dry after our first round with no service in sight until our meals arrived. Sad! First world problems, right.
Our meals were nicely served, large ample portions capable to burst a gut if you attempted to eat it all! Prices were the most reasonable inhave seen in a long time across the nation!
Would I return? Yes

We love stopping at out of the way little diners. Easy access from I-74. Food was hot. It took forever to get it though. Parking not obvious, we parked on street. Waitress was not very attentive. Never did bring the syrup. $4.50 for an order of hard toast! Pancakes fluffy but bland. Brown sugar had to be broke apart with handle of spoon. No one was overly friendly. Probably would not stop here again.

Was traveling through the area, and I enjoy trying quiet out of the way places; so this seemed like the perfect place. I picked this particular place because I wanted breakfast and coffee. Well, I got breakfast, but didn’t get coffee. The waitress told me she didn’t have any, because she doesn’t like to make it this late in the day. It was almost 2PM. I figured since it is mainly a breakfast place, coffee would be served the whole time. The food was wonderful! My boyfriend and I both ordered the breakfast skillets, and they came with 2 pancakes. The 2nd thing that I was not fond of was the music. One of the workers was blaring rap music. It was just really annoying. I actually like rap music, but this was annoying and just overly loud. It would have been a wonderful experience if coffee would have been available, and the music wouldn’t have been so loud.

We tried this place of the two options in town because we appreciate home cooked food. Instead we got generic boxed Mac and cheese and overly salted food. Waitress was super friendly but had to work the entire place by herself. Lots of seating. No parking.

Ricky’s is always on it. We take the family for breakfast there frequently since they opened and they’re service and food is always spot on for us. Every employee there is extremely nice and hard working. If you’re a local this is a business you should support and if you’re from out of town you should definitely give it a try.

This has become my go to spot ever since they opened. The employees are the friendliest bunch of people I’ve encountered. They definitely have a family atmosphere and the food is amazing. Also if you haven’t checked them out for dinner, you need to go there.

I’ve only done breakfast here. It’s good. They recently opened up for dinner. It’s on my list to go back. Can get busy, but still quick.
