Stopped at this Papa Murphys on the way home from a trip. I still had at least 2 more hrs till home. I noticed my front license plate was holding on with 1 screw as did the staff member making my pizza. After making my pizza Jeff came out to my car to help figure out a way to secure the plate so that I could get home without getting a ticket. He certainly went above and beyond, so very friendly. Pizza was wonderful as always is with Papa Murphys but the service was exceptional. Thank you so much for the great pizza and wonderful service today

Ordered a pizza online and the estimated wait time was around 30 minutes due to it being supper time. I got there about 15 minutes early and my order was ready to go and on the to-go rack. I was greeted by one of the staff and thanked them for the fast service. Their pizza doesn’t get enough credit for being so good!

Papa Murphys is nice for a quick take and bake pizza. The pizza cooks up nicely and clean up is super easy because the pizza comes on a tray that you bake it on in the oven. The menu has plenty of choices along with building your own. The prices are reasonable compared to getting pizzas elsewhere and cooking at home. The toppings have always been fresh and instructions included in the order. This location is located in a strip with a couple other shops. The inside is small and they can be really busy. However, the staff is friendly and works fast to get orders taken care of. It has always been clean anytime we have stopped in. Currently, masks are required. You do have the option to order ahead, but I have always just walked in and placed my order.

Ordered the same thing we’ve gotten for years from Papa Murphy’s. We had a similar experience with the crust a few years back and haven’t ordered since. Tonight we decided to give them another try. We like our crust crispy, so after 12 minutes I went to slide the pizza off the tray and noticed how doughy the middle was—to the point it was ripping apart and we couldn’t get it off the tray. Threw it back in the oven for another 5 minutes and this was our end result.

We always order the Gourmet Vegetarian specialty pie with a good number of veggie add-ons. The pizza is of the highest quality, top notch. Excellent staff and ownership.

ordered a stuffed pizza… the inside of the stuffed pizza had 0 cheese…. if you are wondering apparently if there is no cheese inside a stuffed pizza all the meat juices drench the bottom of the crust with grease / the inside is mostly just empty air space which causes the pizza to turn into a balloon….
don’t order from this papa murphy’s unless you can watch them make it so you can make sure they put cheese inside the pizza…

Pepperoni pizza is always incredible. I had half mushroom/black olive as well. The mushrooms were incredible, which is a tricky topping in this town. It was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had in Brookings – and I eat A LOT of pizza. Hats off to the staff; very proud of them. Thank you folks; keep up the good work and see you soon.

We have ordered from here often and have never had a pizza that was as bad as this one. We are not sure what happened but the crust was horribly soggy after baking it. We tried it again the next day rebaking to heat up and then once again horribly soggy!! Not sure if it was the dough or a missed ingredient but ended up throwing it out!

Next update, so obviously with this store they seem to feel they don’t need to reach out to settle an issue even though they ask for your contact information! We will Not be doing any future business with the Brookings store since it’s obvious they could care less about someone getting a bad product!!
