Start with the Good! The Food is good the staff is friendly the place is busy! Personally I would avoid Sundays unless you would like to sit for 45 minutes waiting for your food! No exaggeration here. We waited 45+ minutes for a breakfast sandwich and 2 blueberry pancakes (and the first too, didn’t even have blueberries). They ended up coming our meal and we tipped the waitress graciously.

Doesn’t really look like much on the outside but the inside is quite nice. The staff are all pleasant and greet you as you walk through the door. Table seating and booths were plentiful. Order was taken quickly and the food came out very quick. Best Eggs Benedict I have tasted in this town. Pork chops and eggs were excellent. Hash browns were cooked perfectly. Definately a go back to restaurant.

I’d give more stars if able! I had pork chops, eggs, and hash browns. I can’t have toast, so they brought me fruit instead. Beautiful ripe sliced strawberries and 1-1/2 peeled mandarin oranges. Wonderful and thoughtful. Thank you. I got 2 flavorful breakfast chops. Very good! My husband had the Meat lovers omelet. It was LOADED with meat. Our hasbrowns were crispy and delicious. The eggs were perfect. The staff and atmosphere was fun and homey. They were friendly and welcoming. They have a bell by the door to ring if you enjoyed your visit.. I rang the bell. ♥️

We have eaten breakfast here from time to time, the service is always great, food is good and bill reasonable. This time, however, breakfast for three came out to over $80, plus a 20% tip, the bill came to $105! Rick, the price of eggs has come down, adjust your prices!

This was my second time going to Rick’s Kitchen for breakfast and I was not disappointed. Staff is friendly and prompt , though I would advise to get there early because there might be a wait (the food is just that good) as you can see by the pictures the breakfast quality is superb, it is pure classic breakfast at its finest. I recommend 10/10. Rick himself comes out and asks how the service and food is, goes out of his way to refill your coffee he is an excellent host. I will definitely be coming back to Rick’s Kitchen.

This was my first time at Ricks Kitchen. I have resisted going there du to previous experience with other restaurants in the foothills. Well, I was pleasantly surprised to find out this isn’t your typical Denny’s experience. The coffee isn’t Folgers and Ricks gravy ain’t some dry mix you add water to. It was delicious with just a hint of sage that left me wanting more and perfect bits of sausage. The biscuit was fluffy and tasty as well. The bacon was cooked to perfection as was my eggs. I will go back to try other breakfast creations. Obviously everything was made from scratch and had Ricks touch. This place is worth the drive for sure.
