Stale donut alert! Usually if you go to DD early in the morning you get fresh donuts. Today at 8 am they were pushing the day old donuts. The lady kept grabbing them from the right hand side of the shelves when there were identical fully stocked donuts that looked fresh in the left side. At $16 per dozen the very least you should get is fresh donuts. Stay away from this location.

Every time I go through the drive through to order the 10ct munchkins i ask for the original. They give me the mic every time. The first time I caught it in time to be able to turn around to change it out. Today I made sure I specified I wanted original glazed twice and they still gave me mixed. I was at work, 30 minutes away by the time I realized I had the wrong thing. When I called to report the issue the male who answered the phone hung up as soon as I told him why I was calling.

I visited this location this past Saturday, and had the worst experience. I was in the drive-thru, placed my Order, and then asked if I could have a sample hot brewed coffee with a bit of cream for my Mom, and they proceeded to tell me that they don’t do samples and have no short sample cups. Of course this is complete BS, cause I’ve gone to other locations, and this has never been a problem.
Anyway, I got to the window, and continued to ask for a Sample w/ cream. I asked them to put it in a small coffee cup instead, since they insisted they didn’t have any sample cups.
Lone behold, they came back with a SAMPLE CUP of hot coffee w/ cream like I asked, charged me for it, and didn’t even fill it up all the way!!
What kind of anti-customer BS is this? I ask for a sample for my Mom, cause she can’t drink a full cup of coffee and just wants to try it. Any other location I go to, has no problem doing this for us.
Seems petty, but when you lie to me about not doing samples, proceed to give me one, AND charge me for it, is complete garbage.
Never going back to this location again. Take your samples and shove it where the sun don’t shine. I’ll take my business to other locations where I’m respected.

On Sunday morning I ordered a Hot latte with 1 pump sugar and they gave me hot latte with blueberry shot. Yak.
And I also ordered a EGG and cheese wrap with No Cheese and these MF’s gave me wrap with cheese.
I’m allergic to dairy and these MF’s spoiled my Sunday.
Never going back.

I ran in for a large coffee, and I was very happy with it. It seems to me that this Dunkin’ is family owned and ran smoothly like a well-oiled machine. I watched the girl make my drink and 3 others like she could do this stuff blindfolded. It was hot, fresh, and tasted great. The restaurant itself was clean, busy, and fully stocked. When I’m in the area, I’ll definitely return.

I absolutely love this Dunkin’! When I first moved out here, it was the first place I visited. I met Bobby through the drive-thru, and he is one of the kindest and nicest people I’ve encountered. Additionally, the entire staff is incredibly sweet; everyone I’ve met has been a pleasure. The service is prompt, and they always get my order right.
