I have been here each Friday since the beginning of school. You would think that management would realize on Fridays at 630 the line inside and a lot of times the drive through gets backed up and their customer service people need some help. It NEVER FAILS. Every single Friday you have to wait forever.
These donuts are pricey. I get 2 chocolate covered donuts each week and depending upon how much they decide to charge that morning the price ranges from 2.63 to 2.71, paying with a card. I asked and they said one is the cash price and one is the credit card price but yet I have only paid a couple of times with cash and the card rate is what changes from week to week.
I continue to go here only because it is convenient. I wished there were more reasonable priced donuts in the area.

I live in FL now after many years of being in the Youngsville, Lafayette, New Iberia area & enjoying Meche’s. When I visit those areas now, I must have Meche’s at least once & usually multiple times & it’s the only thing my grandson requests that I bring back for him. I also always go into the bakery rather than the drive thru so that I can experience the yummy doughnut smell!

I have doordashed several times from here. Each time when I order an apple fritter, it looks dark and burnt and tastes like it also. I tried for the third time and even put in instructions not to send a burnt apple fritter. Low and behold, what do you think I got? I called them and apparently that’s how their apple fritters come out according to the manager. What’s the point in selling something like this that you cannot eat?

Love this place. When I was little my family and I would go every Sunday. And enjoy breakfast. Staff is always very kind and patient. Donuts are usually good sometimes a little off but, majority are good.
