I LOVE the new location!! It is so quaint inside, like stepping back in time. Our waitress was amazing and so funny! Her personally was on par with the high quality of food. My go to is the jam burger, but you can’t go wrong no matter what you choose.

Im very impressed. Food is outstanding. Service is beyond anything. I needed to wait in my car with my hospice dog, the young lady offered to bring it out immediately. Sure that’s not in her job description. Super cute environment

I love Richs it has great food. I do have to say I was there eating yesterday and when I received my food I noticed I had 11 fries on my plate. I wouldn’t mind but if I am paying 12.00 for my food I would like more than 11 fries.

Yes there is one in Cuba too! Very nice in an old service station. The food is good as always and the staff friendly and cheerful. The price is fair and the food comes out fast. Overall great stop to make. If you’re on Route 66 in Cuba, Make a stop and try it out.

Tiffany was a rockstar, great personality and very welcoming!! Marc is my favorite cook at any of the Rich’s I’ve been to so far, and I’ve been to Sullivan, Steelville, and now Cuba!! Don’t get me wrong the food is AMAZING at EVERY location but on this arctic morning I feel that Tiffany and Marc are kicking butt!!
