Disappointing Experience – Rude Owner and Unprofessional Service
I had a truly disappointing experience at this establishment due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the owner. It was clear from the start that he was more interested in taking advantage of guests rather than providing a positive experience.
Throughout my visit, the owner’s attitude was condescending and disrespectful. Not only was he rude, but he also seemed determined to upcharge guests wherever possible, regardless of the fairness or justification behind it. It was apparent that he was simply looking to exploit the situation and make a quick profit at the expense of customer satisfaction.
As a customer, I value honesty, respect, and professionalism, all of which were sorely lacking during my time at this establishment. I left feeling disrespected and taken advantage of, with no desire to return or recommend this place to others.
I urge potential guests to be cautious when considering this establishment, as the owner’s behavior is not reflective of a welcoming or customer-focused environment. It’s truly a shame that such unprofessionalism can tarnish what could have been a pleasant experience.

The OWNER is RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! I’m a woman and he was very aggressive with me due to him changing the prices to his guest all of a sudden. He started yelling at me in front of everyone when I was speaking to him in a low tone. I was almost in tears. This was a horrible experience!
