Everything we ordered was delicious and perfectly cooked, flavored, and plated. I didn’t love the liver mousse toast because the liver flavor was muted, but my partner enjoyed it. Service was excellent. Pretty crowded though and space is too jam packed.

We had an excellent dinner during the last night of our honeymoon. The service was perfect and did everything to make the night even more special. The food was delicious and surprising, every bite was an experience and we had lots of fun. Thank you for the great time! The sardin chips and porcini donuts were delicious and very creative! The toro toas was my favourite and the burrata was also very fun! We had the sea oursin pasta that was very good as well but couldn’t really feel the sea oursin flavour. The wine recommendations were also great. For desert we had the panna cotta that was very rich and yummy!

We came here for the first time and ordered the tasting menu and two drinks each. The drinks reflected how skilled the bartender on duty is, I believe she was the one who designed the cocktail menu. The tomato martini is hands down the best drink my partner and I have ever tried, I ordered it, but we ultimately shared it because he couldn’t stop sneaking sips.
The tasting menu was nothing short of incredible. It wasn’t pretentious, but it displayed a great understanding of balance, flavor and technique. We left feeling full and basically floated to our second location of the night, still riding the high from the sensational dining experience.
Aside from the above, what stood out the most to me at this restaurant was the service. The staff was attentive, engaging and so thoughtful in all their details.
Hats off to the entire staff, we cannot wait to celebrate more moments at Rich Table!

Phenomenal experience, likely in my top 10 dinners of this year.

Slight negative: possible foodborne illness soon after with fever, chills, among other private symptoms.

We thought the Cornish hen looked undercooked, and also had the tataki. The chef/waiter insisted the chicken was cooked, which I’m not too sure.

It’s also entirely possible that it was not our experience with Rich Table.

Either way, a very memorable meal and fantastic service.

Rich Table offers exceptional service, and every bite was a true delight. Everything we were served was a culinary adventure, paired with excellent wines. It’s not cheap, but absolutely worth the price. A wonderful experience with outstanding service, and we would love to return.

Was honestly really disappointed by Rich Table after reading all the great reviews, hearing great things from friends and most of all enjoying RT rotisserie so much. Our host who sat us gave us impeccable service but once we got seated at the bar, the service was quite average. My water glass was constantly empty and we had to get the attention of the servers more often than they automatically attended to us. The bar was quite cramped and in general the entire space feels really small, dark, cramped and divey. As for the food, we ordered the sardine chip, the dumpling, the porcini donuts, the uni tonnarelli pasta, and the chicken liver mousse. The sardine chip tasted exactly like how it sounds, a fried sardine on a chip.. very basic/nothing special. The dumplings were super disappointing, as a Chinese person I found these no better than any frozen dumpling I could get at 99 ranch except these were $$$ (not worth it). Chicken liver mousse was fine but the zucchini bread it came with was so crumbly and dry. The porcini donuts were decent and interesting but after they cooled down they weren’t as good anymore. Our favorite part of the meal was definitely the uni pasta which I thought was very good, but the portion was very small. Between me and my husband we finished the dish in two bites each.

Honestly I wouldn’t come back again and don’t understand the hype and why so many people seem to love this place. I found the food to be poorly executed (looked great on menu), and lacking in interesting flavors. Really disappointed as I had expected more. Will stick to eating RT rotisserie (which I love dearly)

We took Michael to Rich Table for his birthday since it’s his favorite restaurant in SF.
We opted for the family menu, and every dish was delicious and generously portioned. The staff was also very thoughtful in accommodating our vegetarian friend—they really made sure everyone was taken care of.

The service stood out the most: the team was incredibly friendly and attentive. It almost felt like a co-op with how well they worked together and how much they seemed to care.

It was a fantastic experience overall, and of course, we’ll be back again.

We had a phenomenal dinner at Rich Table and it easily ranks among the best dining experiences we have had. The food was outstanding from start to finish. Every dish was thoughtful and full of flavor. The sea urchin cacio e pepe was a standout and remains one of our favorite bites of food we have ever eaten. Service was good and professional throughout the evening, though not quite as exceptional as the food itself. Still, it was attentive and never took away from the experience.Overall, Rich Table delivered an unforgettable meal!
