Id give them 10/5 stars I could. The food was incredible (chicken karage ramen, for the people hunting the menu for some spice,) the atmosphere was incredible, the staff were all incredible. Plenty of curios and things to look at/shop for while you wait for your food. Its not trying to be the “next hot thing” in Flagstaff, and I think that’s what this place has going for itself. It knows the niche that it fills and does that extremely well. I will definitely make this a regular spot for myself for as long as it’s open.

The store itself is 100% a weeb trap but the ramen is definitely worth being surrounded by plastic figures and… unique… customers.

This location is super cute. Not a fan of ordering off touch-screens, but I was able to order at the counter.
We ordered the Japanese Curry, and just like Paula D said, the chicken katsu on tap was hard and dry.
The Taro Tornado and Strawberry milk tea drinks with Boba were much too sweet.
We did end up purchasing a very cute Kagome from Inuyasha. Essentially this place is kawaii overload, but dont expect much from the consumables.

Tried this place for the first time and it was beyond what i was expecting. I had the ramen with chicken and a matcha boba tea. They were excellent! I’ve never had ramen like that before and i really enjoyed it. The chicken in it was really good. We ordered at the kiosk and that was pretty simple. The seating area is rather small but we were taking it to go anyway. The drink was ready very quickly and was very good. It was a little hard to hear the lady at the counter but when our food was ready she got our attention and was very nice. The containers they use are reusable and we really like that. I’m still using the cup the tea came in. I appreciate it when businesses are mindful of sustainability even if not everyone will reuse their containers. Overall great experience and i recommend it to all.

Unique and delicious drinks with a cute and inviting atmosphere! The Bumble Bee Boba drink tastes like luxury grade honey and the Thai Tea is so creamy and rich with no weird aftertaste like some other places. Friendly service with cute snack and souvenir options!! What a hidden gem, would highly recommend if you’re tired of the usual Boba flavors other places offer.

A nice little store we tried out. My family and I were in the area and just perusing for a place to eat. We were on our way back to Chandler from seeing the Grand Canyon, so thirst and hunger were wearing us down. Figured we’d be able to find a unique place to eat in Flagstaff. My wife and son are the ones who chose this spot. I can’t really fault them, all the little quirks and colorful lights, not to mention the myriad of toys and snacks. It’s quite eye catching for those young at heart. Ordering and paying is a simple task, you utilize the kiosk, which more or less works as it should. Some foods or drinks you can see pictures for, and others are just simply titles. There is another printed menu at the cashier area, but walking back and forth to figure what’s what, is a bit awkward.
The staff is nice as can be, my only gripe is part of my order was forgotten. The lady who took our order didn’t have her glasses on for some reason, and didn’t know one of our orders existed. As this could’ve been an off day, I wrote it off as just a mistake, but it did still happen. Now I get it, businesses in flagstaff can be expensive, but the quality of the drink vs the price is questionable. About the same can be said for the ramen we bought. It’s good, just not 15$ good. The soup only had a heavy taste of sesame oil, there was almost no note of soy sauce or mirin that you’d typically taste in a bowl of ramen. Any one who’s a fan of ramen, should know exactly what the soup base tastes like.
Ultimately, this store will be a different experience for some. If you have kids they might enjoy all the lights and decor. As for the food and drinks, it’s a 5/10 at best.

Came in here to get a birthday present for my daughter. I live in a very small town so it’s hard to find hello kitty stuff and my oldest is obsessed with hello kitty. As I walked in the store I was greeted with a very big smile and a super helpful employee. She helped me find my daughter’s favorite character melody and showed me tons of other hello kitty stuff they had. 10 out of 10 experience all around!
