First of all let me just say that my experience at the Rice Wok was excellent! The Best customer service by far shot out to Mrs. Li for taking care of the customer which goes a long way with me. Mrs. Li made a very slight mistake in my order but she pointed it out to me then corrected the order allowing me to take both orders without additional charge. My order was spicy shrimp fried rice x2 combination lo mein .

I used to get fried rice from here before. It used to be quality and quantity! Today I got lunch menu chicken fried rice and this was shocking to see the quality has dropped ridiculously. Basically I paid for lot of cooked rice in soy sauce. There was total of 4 small pieces of chicken. Literally 1 teaspoon full worth eggs and maybe 10 frozen peas and carrots. This is unbelievable. I know its inexpensive lunch menu but it doesn’t mean you do this. I rather pay that much else where and get less rice more veg . They lost me as customer.

1st time here. Food was great. Just a warning: when the menu says it’s spicy, it’s spicy for real!! Great flavor and big portions. Also, it’s pretty awesome how many precautions they are taking to be contact free due to Covid!! I definitely recommend!

Rude man that answers the phone when you’re ordering. I spend my money with them often and decided i wanted to try something different with my pregnancy craving today. I asked for the price of one thing and he started talking to me in a rude tone asking me if I wanted it or not before even giving me the price. Rude customer service is bad for business! Have an updated menu online and I wouldn’t have to ask you!

Got the chicken fried rice and orange chicken meals! It wasn’t over $12! It was packed with flavor and had a good amount of food! I even gave some to my brother and he called me to ask me where I got it from cause it was fire. Good place to go to get a quick meal and the portions are big so you can have more than one meal! The egg roll that comes with the chicken fried rice was actually a spring roll but it was still good

My go to spot for solid Chinese. I have never gotten a bad meal from them, they’re efficient, and they give out good portions of food. Also the lady who handed me my order noticed I got vegetarian mushu and went out of her way to tell me about the sesame tofu, which I thought was really sweet.

I telephoned in an order for They call it. I guess temporary shrimp with Asian coleslaw wonton soup, egg rolls, egg foo young pork, egg foo young steamed rice and I think that’s it. Today this morning explosive diarrhea about three hours worth. Yesterday the only food I ate came from your restaurant so people need to be aware of food that’s not fit for human consumption they’ll never ever return your restaurant.
