Today’s adventure was the pretty new Indian restaurant in Jasper. Waitess was very friendly and I was well taken care of. Food was made to order and fresh. I wanted to dig right in but had to cool each bite lol. My go to is always garlic butter chicken and garlic Naan so sadly that’s all I tried this round. Light spice is what I ordered. They included a little desert which was also fantastic.

This food was so good!!!! We ordered the samosas chatt and can’t say enough good things about it. They had some warmth to them but I wouldn’t say they were spicy. I ordered the chicken tikka masala. I will be back.

Absolutely wonderful service and delicious food! My party was a bit loud as we had disabled twins with us, but we were never made to feel out of place. The waitress treated everyone with respect and was very kind. The food was amazing, hot and fresh and well seasoned. I was surprised to find authentic Indian food in this area, but I am pleased and will be back a fourth time.
I got the Punjabi Plate with butter chicken, aloo mutter, and palak paneer. HIGHLY recommend.

After a long day at Holiday World on Labor Day weekend, our family of eight needed a late-night meal. Fast food was the only thing open in Jasper, but we remembered passing Rice and Spice. The owner graciously agreed to stay open late for our takeout order.
Five kids (ages 8–12) who had never tried Indian food devoured it and asked for more. I’ve had plenty of Indian food in NYC and Indiana—this was outstanding. Fresh, flavorful, and slightly Southern Indian in style. Both vegetarian and meat dishes were excellent.
It was so good we went back the next day to dine in under the trellis lights, enjoying their teas and a refreshing mango lassi.
In a town full of chains, Rice and Spice stands out as authentic, high-quality, and memorable. A true gem—we’ll be back anytime we’re near Jasper.

We found this little gem by accident, and it was the best surprise! ✨ ✨ The Butter Chicken, Chicken Biryani (bone-in), Garlic Naan, and Mango Lassi were all amazing — full of flavor and so fresh. It was my husband’s first time trying Indian cuisine, and he loved it! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!

Real authentic delicious Punjabi cuisine with cozy atmosphere. Our first time here, got lunch takeout at the restaurant. The service was super friendly with great recommendations including spice levels. We got butter chicken, chicken briyani and lamb curry. The food is rich in flavor and will be going back to try other dishes.
