Never order through their website. I ordered like 6 items and the driver didn’t deliver it. I called the restaurant and they had no idea. No pictures taken on delivery nothing. I hope i can cancel the transaction through my bank. I cannot really leave any review on food since i didn’t taste it . I wish you had your own delivery drivers if you have a website that people can order from that way you know which driver had to do deliver the food.

I come to this location almost every day, which is why today’s situation was especially disappointing. I was mistakenly charged $35 for a single bowl that normally costs $15, and it took about 15 minutes and manager intervention to resolve the issue. During that time, the situation felt disorganized, and I was even questioned about the price when I clearly knew what I ordered.
To make matters more concerning, my sister had also been overcharged earlier the same day, paying more for the same item without realizing it at the time. That tells me this wasn’t just a one-time system glitch.
I truly enjoy the food here and come often because I normally have great experiences — that’s why I’m sharing this. I believe this location has the potential to offer excellent service, but today unfortunately missed that mark. I hope management can review this and ensure better training and accuracy moving forward. I’d genuinely love to continue being a loyal customer under better circumstances.

The food is tasty and well prepared and the bowls are great option to eat. The best thing a The reason I keep coming here vs other similar “BYOBowl” places is this place is always CLEAN and well kept! and that unfortunately is not the case in the other places like it. Kudos to the staff on keeping it clean.

I have always order Rice for lunch when working on the beach. This was my 1st time dining in at the restaurant. Ordering was super simple and the staff is really helpful with explaining things. I got the beef special that came with salad, hummus and pita bread. Everything is so delicious! I got a side of the brisket to try too and it was also very tasty. Can’t wait to come back and try a bowl.

Wow I loved this place. Thanks for brought it to Doral. I used to go to Coral Gables but wow, I have it closer. The food is AMAZING. I love the lamb and all the dips. The black lentils are definitely a must. It’s delicious.

I loved Rice! The bowl was delicious, much more than I could actually eat. Unfortunately, I don’t remember what it was called. I added chicken to the bowl and it was cooked well. Check out the photo. Everything was very fresh. Such a beautiful meal. I will definitely go here again. Highly recommend!

The other 2 Rice Mediterranean restauats I know of had bad service. Due to that, I never asked into this one. I tried it 10/21/2023 and this service was good . I ordered the bowl with steak and lamb. I like chickpeas and a salad base. The choices are a lot, which I why I like rice. The protein and sauce choices are very wide.

The food at Rice at 1950 NW 87th Ave at Doral usually is good and the service is friendly, but unfortunately the air conditioning was not working properly during my visit. It made the experience uncomfortable, especially given Miami’s heat. I couldn’t enjoy the food. I truly hope the management addresses this issue soon, because the restaurant has great potential and it would make the dining experience much more enjoyable.
