I just moved to Glenn Heights. I’m glad that this place is down the street from my house. I was reading the reviews. It was a little spectacle about it, but they definitely didn’t disappoint. This food is amazing. Probably the best I’ve ever had. I will definitely keep coming back I do wish they had a better delivery service because they don’t pop up on Uber Eats. Other than that I’ll keep coming back.

Highly disappointed tonight I was excited to get my family the bacon fried rice and the bacon is completely burnt to the point of not being edible! The fact that the chef looked at this and thought someone was gonna eat it….is honestly disturbing this will be the last time I eat here

I understand the cooks only have two hands and they have a lot of orders. The problem is the wait time stated when placing the orders. They tell you 25 to 30 minutes when is going to be an hour or more and they know that. The employee told me that is policy to say those times that they cant tell you an hour even do it will take an hour. At that point they are making the choice for you to wait that long. You have already waited 35 minutes and dont have a choice but to wait for your food. When I got to the restaurant the parking lot was full and inside the restaurant was a lot of angry customers waiting for their food. Either expand the kitchen or get a bigger location or tell the customers the correct waiting time

Do not order through Door Dash. They forgot my food-like they always do-and after calling and waiting on hold, I was told they couldn’t give me the missing food. I had to submit for a refund through Door Dash and reorder what I already paid for. By the time I was off hold, i was already in the parking lot and the lady at the register wouldnt even start the missing food until i did the rigamarole with Door Dash. Despite the fact I’m literally standing in front of the human being at the store’s register. Worst service. Worst policy and the food is in no way worth any of the headache that comes with it. Just..don’t…give them your $.

I ordered this place a little while ago on UberEats and it was delicious. I finally was able to visit the establishment. The 3 people at the front desk were very friendly. My food was made to order. It was hot, delicious and did not take too long to prepare . While I was there, a lot other families were coming in and ordering to go because they were regulars. This is Definitely my go to place for Chinese food while in Red Oak/Glenn Heights. I had the Chris’s fried rice.. I should have gotten more spice but my 4 year old would have been mad but it was good regardless. The eggrolls and sweet and sour chicken is pretty delicious too.

Went here because I heard about the shrimp egg rolls. Well they were out, ordered sesame chicken, it was gummy and the skin or coating had no crisp or taste of freshness at all. The rice was gummy with no vegetables and no flavor and the food did not come with any broccoli. The chicken egg roll was good but kind of overpriced compared to other places.

Guy in the register was nice, chubby girl didn’t say anything when she gave my food even after I said Thank you!… looked mad or racist. Took them at least 15 minutes for an orange chicken and rice plate. Food was the worst… $15 and had to throw it to the trash. Wanted to support local, but Panda is 100% better than this. Also got the “most spicy type” and tasted like nothing, no flavor, not even spicy at all. I didn’t even try the rice after trying the chicken!

I called in a telephone order tonight for the Chris fried rice. The young lady that answered the phone was polite. The staff was very friendly and greeted me when I entered. However, there is a very foul sewerage like smell when entering the establishment. It made me nauseous and sick to my stomach. My order wasn’t ready when I got there so I had to wait 10 minutes. I immediately left the establishment and sat in my car. The place has never smelled like that before so this is something that recently happened. When I got home and checked my food the horrible smell is in the bag and the take out containers/ boxes that they use for packaging the food. I won’t order from this location anymore until they resolve whatever plumbing issues they have in there.

First time trying here… and I’m not totally sold on it… it wasn’t nasty but it sure as hell isn’t the best either… A order of The famous Chris fried rice did the trick for the night to feed two people. The customer service was awesome and available parking in the evening was a surprise considering the hype. If there is a next time.. honestly, it would be the last resort kind of thing. Put more sauce in the bag next time especially since we requested it. The establishment could use some straightening up.
